تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير BIM (نمذجة معلومات المباني) في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في إدارة وتنسيق سير عمل BIM عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية والمباني واسعة النطاق.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يبحث Parsons عن مدير BIM ذو رؤية استباقية للانضمام إلى فريق مشاريع البنية التحتية والمباني في تبوك. سيتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تنفيذ وتنسيق وإدارة سير عمل نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) في مشاريع معقدة وكبيرة النطاق بالمنطقة. سيكون قائداً فنياً رئيسياً، يضمن التزام نماذج المشروع بمعايير Parsons العالية ومتطلبات العملاء وأطر BIM الدولية، كما سيسد الفجوة بين فرق التصميم ومديري المشاريع والمقاولين لتحقيق التميز في التسليم الرقمي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء وتهيئة وصيانة نماذج مشاريع BIM وقوالبها، وضمان هيكلة النماذج بشكل صحيح للتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
  • قيادة اجتماعات تنسيق BIM، وإجراء كشف التصادم وتحليل التداخل بانتظام باستخدام Navisworks، والتعاون مع فرق التصميم لحل التعارضات الفنية قبل مرحلة التنفيذ.
  • تنفيذ وإنفاذ خطة تنفيذ BIM (BEP) للمشروع، وضمان التزام جميع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين الخارجيين بمعايير مستوى التطوير (LOD) المقررة وقواعد التسمية.
  • الإشراف على دمج بيانات الأصول غير الرسومية ضمن نماذج BIM لدعم متطلبات الجدولة (4D)، والتكلفة (5D)، وإدارة المرافق (6D).
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة لضمان الجودة على النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد والمستندات ثنائية الأبعاد المستخلصة، للتحقق من الدقة والسلامة والامتثال لمعايير تسليم المشروع.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد وحل المشكلات للمهندسين والمصممين فيما يتعلق ببرامج BIM وسير العمل الرقمي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات متخصصة في تطبيق وتنسيق BIM على مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المباني أو المشاريع الكبرى.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرامج Autodesk Revit و Navisworks Manage و BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • الاستعداد للانتقال أو الإقامة الدائمة في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • الشهادات المهنية في BIM (مثل Autodesk Certified Professional أو RICS) مرغوبة بشدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في Civil 3D أو Dynamo أو Bentley MicroStation / OpenBuildings تُعد ميزة إضافية.
  • فهم عميق لمعايير BIM الدولية (مثل ISO 19650) ومبادئ openBIM (IFC، COBie).
  • مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية وقيادية قوية، مع القدرة على إيصال سير العمل التقني المعقد لأصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking BIM Manager to join our infrastructure and building projects team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across complex, large-scale projects in the region.

You will act as a key technical leader in resource, ensuring that project models adhere to Parsons’ high standards, client requirements, and international BIM frameworks. You will bridge the gap between design teams, project managers, and contractors to drive digital delivery excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • BIM Modeling & Management: Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates. Ensure models are structured correctly for multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform regular clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks, and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical conflicts before they hit the field.
  • Standards Enforcement: Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring all internal teams and external contractors adhere to established LOD (Level of Development) standards and naming conventions.
  • Data Integration: Oversee the integration of non-graphical asset data within the BIM models to support downstream 4D (scheduling), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management) requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and extracted 2D documentation to verify accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project delivery standards.
  • Training & Support: Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance to engineers and modelers on BIM software and digital workflows.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale infrastructure, buildings, or mega-projects.
  • Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and openBIM principles (IFC, COBie).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to effectively convey complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Location: Must be willing to relocate or be based full-time in Tabuk, KSA
