نبحث عن مدير سبا لقيادة Ciel Spa في SLS The Red Sea، حيث تتكامل الفخامة مع لمسات SLS المميزة. ستتولى المسؤولية الكاملة عن عمليات السبا، بدءًا من تجارب الضيوف ومعايير العلاج وصولاً إلى قيادة الفريق والأداء التجاري والتجزئة والشراكات والعمليات اليومية. ستعمل على تنظيم تجارب تتيح للضيوف الاسترخاء وإعادة الاتصال، مع تقديم منظور جديد ومتميز للعافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الاستراتيجية العامة والعمليات اليومية لـ Ciel Spa، وضمان تجربة ضيوف استثنائية وشخصية للغاية.
- وضع والحفاظ على معايير متميزة في جميع جوانب السبا: العلاجات، رحلات الضيوف، الاستقبال، مناطق الاسترخاء، التجزئة والمرافق.
- تنظيم قائمة العلاجات وتطويرها باستمرار، وتجارب العافية وبرامج السبا بما يتماشى مع هوية Ciel Spa وSLS.
- توظيف وقيادة وتدريب وتطوير فريق سبا عالي الأداء، وخلق ثقافة خدمة استثنائية وخبرة وتفانٍ وتطوير مستمر.
- دفع الأداء التجاري للسبا بما يشمل الإيرادات والربحية واستغلال العلاجات ومبيعات التجزئة والإنتاجية وإدارة التكاليف.
- إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات وخطط الأعمال مع مراقبة الأداء المالي وتحديد فرص زيادة الإيرادات وتحسين الربحية.
- تطبيق إدارة إيرادات فعالة واستراتيجيات تسعير وحزم وعروض ترويجية وبيع إضافي لتعظيم فرص العلاج والتجزئة.
- مراقبة ملاحظات الضيوف وجودة الخدمة واتجاهات الصناعة، واستخدام الرؤى لتحسين تجربة Ciel Spa باستمرار.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع شركاء السبا والعناية بالبشرة والجمال والعافية المتميزين، وضمان عكس المنتجات والتجارب لمكانة Ciel Spa.
- التعاون مع أقسام المبيعات والتسويق والفنادق والمطاعم لتطوير حزم وأنشطة وتجارب تدمج العافية في رحلة ضيوف SLS الأوسع.
- إنشاء برامج موسمية جذابة وفعاليات عافية وتجارب ممارسين زائرين وتعاونات تولد الاهتمام والمشاركة من الضيوف.
- الإشراف على مخزون السبا والمشتريات والتجزئة والتحكم في المنتجات وعلاقات الموردين مع الحفاظ على مستويات التكلفة والمخزون المناسبة.
- ضمان تجهيز غرف العلاج ومساحات الاسترخاء وجميع مرافق السبا بشكل جميل وصيانتها وجاهزيتها التشغيلية في جميع الأوقات.
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والصحة والسلامة وبروتوكولات العلاج وخصوصية الضيوف، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الفندق واللوائح المحلية.
- وضع إجراءات تشغيلية قياسية ومعايير خدمة وبرامج تدريبية واضحة لضمان الاتساق في كل مرحلة من رحلة الضيف.
- إعداد وتحليل التقارير التشغيلية والمالية، بما فيها الإيرادات ومزيج العلاجات والاستغلال وأداء التجزئة ورضا الضيوف وإنتاجية الفريق.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات السبا الفاخرة والجمال والعافية الناشئة، وطرح مفاهيم وتجارب جديدة تحافظ على حداثة Ciel Spa.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل الحصول على درجة أو دبلوم في إدارة السبا أو الضيافة أو العافية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال السبا أو العافية، مع خبرة كبيرة في منصب قيادي عليا داخل فندق فاخر أو منتجع أو بيئة سبا راقية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة سبا فاخر متكامل الخدمات، مع معرفة قوية بالعلاجات ورحلات السبا والتجزئة وبرامج العافية.
- فطنة تجارية قوية مع خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الميزانيات والتوقعات والإيرادات والربحية وكشوف الرواتب والتكاليف التشغيلية.
- قدرة مثبتة على دفع استغلال العلاجات وأداء التجزئة والبيع الإضافي وإيرادات السبا الإجمالية.
- فهم قوي لمعايير خدمة السبا الفاخرة وتجربة الضيوف واتجاهات العافية الحالية.
- مهارات قيادية استثنائية مع خبرة في توظيف وتدريب وتوجيه وتطوير فريق متنوع من المعالجين وموظفي الاستقبال ومحترفي السبا.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy and daily operation of Ciel Spa, ensuring an exceptional and highly personalized guest experience.
- Establish and maintain outstanding standards across treatments, guest journeys, reception, relaxation areas, retail and all spa facilities.
- Curate and continuously evolve the treatment menu, wellness experiences and spa programming, ensuring the offering remains relevant, distinctive and aligned with the Ciel Spa and SLS identity.
- Recruit, lead, train and develop a high-performing Spa team, creating a culture of exceptional service, expertise, engagement and continuous development.
- Drive the commercial performance of the spa, including revenue, profitability, treatment utilization, retail sales, productivity and cost management.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts and business plans while monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and optimize profitability.
- Implement effective revenue management, pricing, packages, promotions and upselling strategies to maximize treatment and retail opportunities.
- Monitor guest feedback, service quality and industry trends, using insights to continuously enhance the Ciel Spa experience.
- Develop strong relationships with premium spa, skincare, beauty and wellness partners, ensuring products and experiences reflect the positioning of Ciel Spa.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing, Rooms, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments to develop packages, activations and experiences that integrate wellness into the wider SLS guest journey.
- Create compelling seasonal programming, wellness events, visiting practitioner experiences and collaborations that generate interest and guest engagement.
- Oversee spa inventory, purchasing, retail, product control and supplier relationships while maintaining appropriate stock and cost levels.
- Ensure treatment rooms, relaxation spaces and all spa facilities are beautifully presented, maintained and operationally ready at all times.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety, treatment protocols and guest privacy, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and applicable local regulations.
- Establish clear SOPs, service standards and training programs to ensure consistency throughout every stage of the guest journey.
- Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports, including revenue, treatment mix, utilization, retail performance, guest satisfaction and team productivity.
- Remain informed of emerging luxury spa, beauty and wellness trends, introducing thoughtful new concepts and experiences that keep Ciel Spa fresh and relevant.
- Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of spa or wellness experience, with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel, resort or premium spa environment.
- Proven experience managing a full-service luxury spa operation, with strong knowledge of treatments, spa journeys, retail and wellness programming.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, revenue, profitability, payroll and operational costs.
- Proven ability to drive treatment utilization, retail performance, upselling and overall spa revenue.
- Strong understanding of luxury spa service standards, guest experience and current wellness trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience recruiting, training, coaching and developing a diverse team of therapists, receptionists and spa professionals.
- Strong knowledge of spa hygiene, health and safety, treatment protocols and operational compliance.
- Experience developing treatment menus, packages, promotions, partnerships and seasonal wellness programming.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills with a highly polished, intuitive and personalized approach to service.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to balance commercial performance with exceptional guest experience.
- Experience with spa management and booking systems, Microsoft Office and relevant hotel operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexible and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to work according to the operational requirements of a luxury resort environment.
