Role Description:

Globe Alliance Company is looking for a skilled Planning & Estimator to support its Construction, Civil & MEP and project-based operations. The role will be responsible for project planning, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender support, and monitoring project progress against planned schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and commercial understanding of construction and project requirements, with the ability to prepare accurate estimates and develop practical project plans.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in Planning, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or Project Controls.
• Experience in Construction, Civil & MEP, Infrastructure or related industries.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.
• Experience in preparing estimates and tender submissions for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or facility-related projects is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-12  years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and project planning.
• Strong understanding of Civil and MEP project requirements.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, manpower, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and quantity take-offs is preferred.
