تعلن شركة The HR Game عن توفر وظيفة Quality Engineer في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للانضمام إلى قسم الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد خطط التفتيش الفني ومعايير الجودة للمنتجات والعمليات الجديدة بالتنسيق مع المكتب الفني وفرق الإنتاج.
- مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات لتحديد نقاط التفتيش الحرجة قبل التصنيع.
- تحليل تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وبيانات الرفض وإعادة العمل لتحديد المشكلات المتكررة وأسبابها الجذرية.
- إعداد وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) المتعلقة بالتفتيش ومراقبة الجودة.
- دعم التحقيقات الفنية للشكاوى المعقدة أو المتكررة بالتنسيق مع الإنتاج والمكتب الفني.
- متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية والتحقق من فعاليتها ميدانيًا.
- المشاركة في التقييم الفني والجودة للموردين الجدد قبل الموافقة عليهم.
- إعداد تقارير تحليلية دورية حول مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة (KPIs) مثل معدلات الرفض والعيوب المتكررة ووقت الإغلاق.
- تقديم تدريب ميداني لمفتشي الجودة على معايير ومعدات التفتيش الجديدة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية، هندسة الإنتاج، العلوم، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في هندسة الجودة ضمن بيئة تصنيع أو صناعية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- خبرة في التعامل مع تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات الجودة وعمليات الإنتاج.
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والتوثيق.
- إجادة جيدة لبرامج Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel.
- الحصول على شهادة مدقق داخلي لنظام ISO 9001 (ميزة إضافية).

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in Saudi Arabia.
The role will support the Head of Quality in implementing quality standards and procedures across the factory, with a strong focus on inspection planning, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical inspection plans and quality criteria for new products and processes in coordination with the Technical Office and Production teams
- Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before manufacturing
- Analyze NCRs, rejection, and rework data to identify recurring issues and determine their root causes
- Prepare and update SOPs related to inspection and quality control
- Support technical investigations of complex or recurring complaints in coordination with Production and the Technical Office
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness in the field
- Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers before approval
- Prepare periodic analytical reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time
- Provide field training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Good knowledge of quality tools and production processes
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is a plus
