تعلن DataVolt، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في حلول مراكز البيانات المستدامة والمبتكرة، عن توفر وظيفة خبير أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC SME) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب دوراً حاسماً في الحفاظ على الظروف البيئية المثلى لأداء البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات داخل مراكز البيانات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) في مراكز البيانات الجديدة والحالية.
- التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان تلبية أنظمة HVAC لمعايير الكفاءة التشغيلية والطاقة.
- الإشراف على تكوين أنظمة التبريد (وحدات CRAC/CRAH، المبردات، إلخ) لضبط درجة الحرارة والرطوبة في مركز البيانات.
- ضمان التشغيل المستمر وموثوقية أنظمة HVAC من خلال تطبيق جداول وإجراءات الصيانة الوقائية.
- الإشراف على أداء أنظمة تبريد مركز البيانات وصيانتها، بما في ذلك وحدات تكييف الهواء والمبردات والمضخات وأبراج التبريد وأنظمة التحكم.
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للبنية التحتية للتبريد لضمان سلامة المعدات وتحديد المشكلات المحتملة أو مجالات التحسين.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق إدارة المرافق والهندسة لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تبريد تعزز كفاءة الطاقة وتقلل من وقت التوقف.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المشكلات المتعلقة بـ HVAC وإصلاحها، وتقليل وقت التوقف وضمان أقصى توفر للنظام.
- الاستجابة لإنذارات التبريد، واستكشاف مشكلات النظام وإصلاحها، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للحفاظ على الظروف البيئية المثلى.
- الاستجابة للحوادث الحرجة المتعلقة بـ HVAC وحلها، مع توثيق تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) بشكل مناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في أنظمة التبريد (مثل المبردات ومعالجات الهواء ووحدات CRAC/CRAH).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات، خاصة في تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية.
- معرفة استراتيجيات ومقاييس كفاءة الطاقة (PUE، WUE).
- الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وأدوات إدارة البنية التحتية لمركز البيانات (DCIM).
- مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتشخيص وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية، شفهياً وكتابياً، مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية لأصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين.
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالحفاظ على معايير عالية من الموثوقية التشغيلية.
- قدرة قيادية على توجيه الفريق وتعليم أفضل ممارسات هندسة HVAC.
- يُفضل الحصول على مؤهل مهني ذي صلة بالصناعة مثل CDCDP أو ATD.
- يُفضل الحصول على مؤهل في الصحة والسلامة مثل IOSH.

You will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems in new and existing data centers, ensuring they meet operational and energy efficiency standards. You will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems in new and existing data centers, ensuring they meet operational and energy efficiency standards. This role oversees the configuration and continuous operation of cooling systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems to ensure optimal temperatures and humidity is maintained to meet customer’s SLAs.
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems for new and existing data centers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems meet operational and energy efficiency standards.
- Oversee the configuration of cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, etc.) to ensure data center temperature and humidity control.
- Ensure continuous operation and reliability of HVAC systems by implementing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Oversee and maintain the performance of data center cooling systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems.
- Conduct regular assessments of cooling infrastructure to ensure equipment integrity and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Work closely with facility management and engineering teams to develop and implement cooling strategies that optimize energy efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring maximum system availability.
- Respond to cooling related alarms, troubleshoot system issues, and perform corrective actions to maintain optimal environmental conditions
- Respond to and resolve critical incidents related to HVAC, ensuring proper documentation of root cause analysis (RCA).
- Expertise in cooling systems (e.g., chillers, air handlers, CRAC/CRAH units). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency strategies and metrics (PUE, WUE).
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- This position is critical for maintaining the environmental conditions necessary for the optimal performance of IT infrastructure within data centers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of operational reliability.
- Leadership and ability to mentor and lead a team in HVAC engineering best practices.
- Desirable to have an industry-related professional qualification e.g. CDCDP, ATD.
- Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH preferred
