تعلن مدارس مسك (Misk Schools) في الرياض عن حاجتها إلى معلم مساعد (Associate Teacher).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء والحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومحفزة للطلاب.
  • تحضير المواد واللوازم الصفية حسب توجيهات المعلم.
  • دعم المعلمين عبر التدريس لمجموعات صغيرة أو الفصل بأكمله.
  • استخدام استراتيجيات الترجمة اللغوية (translanguaging) للحفاظ على ثنائية اللغة في جميع مجالات المنهج.
  • توفير تغطية للدروس والأنشطة والواجبات عند الحاجة.
  • مراعاة السلامة البدنية والنفسية للطلاب والاستجابة للمواقف بشكل مناسب.
  • الإلمام وتنفيذ إجراءات الطوارئ والإخلاء عند الحاجة.
  • الإلمام التام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة في المدرسة.
  • حضور أيام التدريب والاجتماعات الأسبوعية وغيرها عند الطلب.
  • الإشراف على فترات اللعب والغداء عند الطلب.
  • تعزيز المواد الدراسية داخل المدرسة وتوفير فرص لا منهجية.
  • العمل بشكل تعاوني مع المعلمين والفريق الأوسع.
  • تقديم الدعم داخل وخارج الفصل، بما في ذلك المخيمات والزيارات التعليمية والأنشطة المدرسية، لتمكين الطلاب من المشاركة الكاملة.
  • أداء مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى يتم تفويضها، بما في ذلك الأهداف المتفق عليها.
  • دعم المعلم في ما لا يزيد عن 25 حصة دراسية أسبوعيًا حسب توجيهات مدير المدرسة الابتدائية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على بناء علاقات عمل فعالة.
  • القدرة على التكيف وإظهار المرونة.
  • القدرة على وضع توقعات عالية لإلهام وتحفيز وتحدي الطلاب.
  • إتقان استخدام أدوات مايكروسوفت أوفيس وجوجل سويت (Microsoft Office وGoogle Suite).

Primary objective:

Associate Teachers make the education of their students their first concern and are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. They encourage students' participation in classroom and school activities and assist the teacher with educational programmes. They make the safeguarding and well-being of all students their number one priority and follow the school's statutory policies.



Areas of responsibility:

  • Establish and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for students.
  • Prepare classroom materials and supplies, such as bulletin boards and duplication of materials, as required by the teacher.
  • Support all teachers through small group or whole class instruction.
  • Effectively use translanguaging strategies to maintain bilingualism in all areas of the curriculum.
  • Provide cover for lessons, CCAPs and duties when required.
  • Be aware of the physical and emotional well-being of pupils and respond appropriately to particular situations.
  • Be aware of and effectively implement emergency and evacuation procedures as required.
  • Be fully aware of the school's health and safety policies.
  • Attend and participate in training days, weekly staff meetings and other meetings when required.
  • Supervise playtimes and lunchtimes when required.
  • Promote the subject(s) within the school and provide co-curricular opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider team.
  • Provide support inside and outside the classroom, including camps, educational visits and whole school activities, to enable students to fully participate.
  • Perform other duties and accountabilities as delegated, including mutually agreed objectives.
  • Support the teacher in no more than 25 lessons per week, as directed by the Junior School Principal.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by the line manager.


Safeguarding:

  • The post holder will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow the school's safeguarding policies and staff code of conduct. They will directly support the Designated Safeguarding Lead as a priority to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


Experience:

  • +2 years’ experience in Junior Schools.
  • Experience in working with students who have a variety of learning, social and psychological needs.


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Ability to set high expectations to inspire, motivate and challenge the students.
  • IT proficiency including all Microsoft and google office tools Microsoft office and google suite.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
