• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Reporting to Cluster General Manager
• Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
• Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities. Team management
• Overseeing the business unit operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
• Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
• Guides the commercial actions in synergy with other entities of the company (building loyalty of existing customers, winning new customers, etc.)
• Commands production by considering external resources and cooperating with the other entities of organization the Group, being able to manage the budget and finances of the Business Unit
• Makes sure the health and safety regulations are correctly applied
• To direct the undertaking of the Activities and the Responsibilities at strategical level, and be accountable for the implementation at tactical level by the managers under him. Overview of Scope during the different Periods and Phases of the Contract.
• To direct the development of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based upon Contract. Objectives and goals and objectives.
• To liaise with Client, Authorities and its Consultants in his own Business Unit and attend regular meetings with the Client and its Consultants.
• To Ensure that HSE policy is adequately observed.
• To superintend the day-to-day site activities, coordinate forward planning, review and monitor all progress reports.
• To Ensure general procedures are followed as is required by the Authorities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Water distribution and wastewater collection technical knowledge.
