تعلن شركة إيكوم عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ضمان ومراقبة الجودة (QAQC Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تحت الإشراف العام، يؤدي المهندس مهام ضمان ومراقبة الجودة لضمان مطابقة جميع المواد والمنشآت للمواصفات ومتطلبات التصميم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والمعاينات الميدانية للمواد والمنشآت للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات ومتطلبات التصميم.
- تقييم واختيار وتطبيق التقنيات والإجراءات والمعايير الهندسية القياسية لتلبية المواصفات الهندسية والإنشائية.
- إجراء اختبار المواد والتحقق من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية.
- إجراء المسوحات الكمية لأغراض التتبع وإعداد التقارير.
- توثيق حالات عدم المطابقة وإعداد تقارير الإجراءات التصحيحية مع التوصيات بالمعالجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات جودة شاملة وسجلات التفتيش ووثائق الاختبار للأرشفة والامتثال التنظيمي.
- إنشاء تقارير مؤشرات الجودة وتحليل الاتجاهات لتحديد مجالات التحسين المستمر.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني للرسامين والفنيين والمساحين حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة للتواصل بشأن متطلبات الجودة ونتائج التفتيش.
- ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- دعم مبادرات السلامة في الموقع وبروتوكولات ضمان الجودة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل متوافقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المتنامية في الإشراف الميداني وضمان ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع البناء.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إجراء عمليات التفتيش واختبار المواد والتحقق من مطابقة مواد البناء للمواصفات.
- إجادة التوثيق الفني وكتابة التقارير والحفاظ على سجلات جودة شاملة وسجلات التفتيش.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين البناء المطبقة والمعايير الصناعية ومتطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق مع القدرة على تقديم التوجيه الفني لأعضاء الفريق وأصحاب المصلحة.
- حسن التقدير المهني والمهارات التحليلية لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- يفضل الحصول على رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) أو شهادة مهندس متدرب (EIT).
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات في إدارة الجودة أو ضمان الجودة (ASQ أو ISO 9001 أو ما يعادلها).
- يفضل خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الجودة ومنهجيات التحسين المستمر.
- يفضل إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة البناء وأدوات تحليل البيانات.
- يفضل خلفية في بروتوكولات السلامة في الموقع والامتثال لمعايير OSHA.

Job Description
Position Overview:
Under general supervision, the QAQC Engineer performs quality assurance and quality control duties to ensure all installed commodities meet established specifications and design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Evaluation:
- Independently perform walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design requirements
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications
- Conduct material testing and verification to confirm compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Display sound professional judgment on details of work and construction quality
Documentation & Reporting:
- Perform quantity surveys for tracking and reporting purposes
- Document non-conformances and prepare corrective action reports with recommendations for remediation
- Maintain comprehensive quality records, inspection logs, and test documentation for project archival and regulatory compliance
- Generate quality metrics reports and analyze trends to identify areas for continuous improvement
Technical Leadership & Coordination:
- Provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors as needed
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate quality requirements and inspection findings
- Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Support site safety initiatives and quality assurance protocols to maintain a compliant work environment
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in site supervision, quality assurance, and quality control on construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting inspections, material testing, and verification of construction commodities against specifications
- Proficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and maintaining comprehensive quality records and inspection logs
- Strong knowledge of applicable construction codes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to provide technical direction to team members and stakeholders
- Sound professional judgment and analytical skills for identifying non-conformances and recommending corrective actions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- QAQC or quality management certifications (ASQ, ISO 9001, or equivalent)
- Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in construction management software and data analysis tools
- Background in site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
