It manages and operates a portfolio of domestic and international airports, with the aim of building an advanced and integrated airport network that supports tourism, enhances service quality, and improves operational efficiency. In line with Saudi Vision 2030, the company is focused on developing airports and creating new investment opportunities across the sector.

Job Purpose

Manage, develop, and enhance the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including overseeing the operation and maintenance of systems that manage the organization’s data and all related business processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization’s ERP systems, including system maintenance and updates, and ensure seamless integration across different systems.
• Manage data and maintain databases accurately and systematically.
• Prepare periodic management reports on ERP systems and provide analysis-based recommendations.
• Recommend enhancements to existing systems to meet organizational needs and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Contribute to the implementation and upgrade of new systems and coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper system deployment.
• Develop and deliver training programs to familiarize employees with the systems and ensure their effective use.
• Ensure that systems comply with internal policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Periodically review processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest updates and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth system performance, including conducting system updates and resolving technical issues.
• Participate in the management of ERP-related IT projects, such as implementing new systems or enhancing existing systems.
• Work closely with technical and finance teams to ensure system integration and maximize system utilization.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

ERP Systems Expert: 6-10 years of relevant experience.

Senior ERP Systems Specialist: 4-6 years of relevant experience.

ERP Systems Specialist: 1-4 years of relevant experience.
