تفاصيل الوظيفة
تعلن شركة جال الدولية عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مهندس رئيسي (Lead Engineer) في مدينة أبقيق بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان امتثال التصميم الهندسي والمشتريات والإنشاء واستكمال المشروع بدقة لمتطلبات العقد، بما في ذلك الجدول الزمني والتكلفة ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإجراءات الشركة.
- الإشراف على تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ الأنظمة الكهربائية لمشاريع كبيرة النطاق، تشمل توليد الطاقة ونقلها وتوزيعها.
- قيادة أعمال الإنشاء وما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل (pre-commissioning & commissioning).
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وعمليات تفتيش واختبارات لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين والفنيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في الهندسة الكهربائية وإدارة تنفيذ المشاريع.
- خبرة عملية في تركيب المعدات وتشغيلها.
- شهادات مفضلة: محلل اهتزازات الفئة الأولى (Vibration Analyst ISO Category I)، فني تجميع أختام معتمد (Certified Seal Assembly Artisan).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة واسعة في استخدام أدوات المحاذاة بالليزر (Laser Alignment Tools).
- معرفة متعمقة بالمعدات والأدوات (Equipment and Tooling).
- إتقان برامج التصميم الكهربائي مثل ETAP.
- إلمام واسع بتطبيقات الحاسب الآلي مثل Flowstar وMS Office وبروتوكولات الاتصال بالشبكات وبرامج PLC وSCADA وDCS وبرامج تحليل الاهتزازات.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة الكهربائية بما في ذلك تحليل الدوائر وأنظمة القدرة وأنظمة التحكم.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة للتفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق.

Experience Level: Experienced (Not open to fresh graduates)
Work Location: Abqaiq
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management execution
Selection Criteria
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems and design principles
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of project management, acquired through extensive professional experience and continuous education
Ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion strictly comply with project contract requirements, including schedule, cost, HSE standards, and company procedures
Required Work Experience
Hands-on experience in equipment installation and commissioning
Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for large-scale projects, encompassing power generation, transmission, and distribution
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
Strong grasp of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power systems, and control systems
Proficiency in electrical design software, such as ETAP
In-depth knowledge of IT/PC software applications, including Flowstar, MS Office, network communication protocols, PLC software, SCADA, DCS, and vibration analysis software
Experience conducting site visits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements
Ability to lead and execute construction works, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and team members
