تعلن شركة جال الدولية عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تخطيط وجدولة (Planning & Scheduling Engineer) في أبقيق، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير ومراجعة والحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية المتكاملة للمشاريع، وتحديد المسارات الحرجة، وتقييم مخاطر الجدولة والتأخيرات المحتملة.
- ضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وإكمالها بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العقد والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة والمعايير والإجراءات الخاصة بالشركة.
- إعداد تقارير جدولة شهرية دقيقة ومحدثة بانتظام، تشمل قياس التقدم والتحكم في الجداول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال هندسة الأجهزة (Instrumentation Engineering) وإدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة احترافية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP) أو شهادة PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة).
- كفاءة عالية في مبادئ إدارة المشاريع وجدولة التخطيط وأفضل الممارسات.
- خبرة عملية واسعة في استخدام برنامج Primavera P6 وأدوات التحكم في المشاريع الأخرى.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية للتفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق.
- القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والفنيين).
- الإلمام بالمعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.

Job Description
Job Title
Lead Engineer
Work Location: Abqaiq
Required Experience: Over 10 years of combined experience in Instrumentation Engineering and Project Management execution
Key Selection Criteria
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Demonstrate strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule control for capital projects, ensuring accurate, well-maintained, and regularly updated monthly schedule reports
Apply extensive knowledge of Project Management, derived from a combination of practical experience and continuous professional education
Ability to develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules, identify critical paths, and assess schedule risks and potential delays
Ensure project execution and completion align with contract requirements, approved schedules, milestones, and Company standards and procedures
Technical & Professional Expertise
Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, updating, and controlling project schedules for large-scale projects, including oil & gas facilities
Proficiency in managing baseline schedules, progress measurement, schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, and variance analysis; ability to identify schedule slippages and support the development of recovery and mitigation plans
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
Strong command of planning and scheduling principles and best practices
Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and other relevant project controls tools
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Professional Certifications (Preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
