تعلن جال الدولية عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Lead Engineer (مهندس أجهزة قياس وتحكم) في أبقيق، المملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة الأجهزة وإدارة المشاريع.
- إتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- شهادة PMP (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لأنظمة وأجهزة التحكم ومبادئ التصميم.
- خبرة في تطبيق مفاهيم إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة التحكم والأجهزة للمشاريع الكبيرة (مثل منشآت النفط والغاز).
- سجل حافل بالتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (مديري مشاريع، مهندسين، فنيين).
- معرفة واسعة بأنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم بما في ذلك الحساسات وأجهزة الإرسال وصمامات التحكم.
- إتقان استخدام برامج تصميم أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم.
- الإلمام بالمعايير واللوائح الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتفقد واختبارات لضمان الامتثال.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية للتعامل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة البناء والتشغيل المسبق والتشغيل.

Job Description
Job Title: Lead Engineer
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering and Project Management execution.
Selection Criteria:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a relevant major.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of process and control instrumentation systems and design principles.
Apply knowledge of Project Management, typically acquired through a combination of professional experience and continuing education.
Ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion comply with project contract requirements, including schedule, cost, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and company procedures.
Required Work Experience:
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation and control systems for large-scale projects, such as oil and gas facilities.
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
Extensive knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
Proficiency in instrumentation and control system design software.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Experience conducting site visits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Capability to manage and execute construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications
Preferred Major of Study: Instrumentation or related field
Preferred Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Key Skills
Full professional proficiency in English.
Strong Project Management capabilities.
