تعلن شركة جال الدولية عن توفر وظيفة 'مهندس مساعد أول (Lead Assistant Engineer)' في مدينة بقيق، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنسيق ومتابعة ومراقبة مواد المشروع بدءاً من مرحلة الطلب وحتى التسليم في موقع الإنشاء.
- التعاون بفعالية مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين والفنيين.
- مراجعة فواتير الموردين والتحقق من دقتها ومطابقتها للشروط.
- استخدام أنظمة SAP ECC و SAP Ariba في إدارة المشتريات وسلسلة التوريد.
- مراقبة أنشطة المشتريات من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك أوامر الشراء، التصنيع لدى المورد، الفحص، الاستعجال، الشحن، الاستلام، وتوفر المواد بشكل عام.
- مواءمة متطلبات المواد مع جدول إنشاء المشروع لضمان الالتزام بتواريخ التسليم المطلوبة في الموقع.
- الحفاظ على تقارير حالة المواد وسجلات التتبع وتحديثها لضمان رؤية فورية.
- تحديد المواد الحرجة وطويلة الأمد، ومتابعة الجهات المعنية لمنع تأخير مراحل المشروع الرئيسية.
- إظهار مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية، مع القدرة على التعامل الفعّال مع العملاء والجهات المعنية وأعضاء الفريق الداخلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- أقل من ثلاث (3) سنوات من الخبرة في تنفيذ إدارة المشاريع.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات المواد الهندسية والإنشائية للمشاريع الرأسمالية.
- معرفة بمبادئ إدارة المشاريع المكتسبة من خلال الخبرة المهنية و/أو التعليم المستمر.
- قدرة مثبتة على تنسيق متطلبات المواد عبر فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والمقاولين.
- كفاءة في تحديد نقص المواد ومخاطر التسليم المحتملة، مع المبادرة لتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة.
- الشهادة المفضلة: CIPS (المعهد المعتمد للمشتريات والتوريد).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (كتابة ونطقاً).
- الكفاءات الأساسية: إدارة المشاريع.

Job Description
Job Title: Lead Assistant Engineer
Work Location: Abqaiq
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Less than three (3) years of experience in project management execution.
Selection Criteria
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering and construction material requirements for capital projects.
Exhibit knowledge of Project Management, acquired through professional experience and/or continuing education.
Proven ability to coordinate material requirements across engineering, procurement, and contractor teams.
Competence in identifying material shortages and potential delivery risks, with the initiative to implement appropriate mitigation actions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Experience
Plan, coordinate, track, and control project materials from the requisition stage through to delivery at the construction site.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Utilize SAP ECC and SAP Ariba systems for procurement and supply chain management.
Monitor end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor manufacturing, inspection, expediting, shipping, receiving, and overall material availability.
Align material requirements with the project construction schedule to ensure adherence to required-on-site dates.
Maintain and update material status reports and tracking registers to ensure real-time visibility.
Identify critical and long-lead materials, following up with relevant stakeholders to prevent delays in project milestones.
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Preferred Certification: CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
