نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نبحث عن مواهب سعودية حديثة التخرج أو في بداية المسيرة المهنية، حاصلة على دبلوم أو شهادة فنية/مهنية في تكييف الهواء أو التبريد أو التكييف، للانضمام إلى فريق الخدمة والصيانة في الدمام.
- ستدعم فريق الخدمة ذا الخبرة في أعمال الصيانة، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والإصلاح، والتركيب، والاختبار، والتشغيل في مواقع العملاء.
- ستكتسب خبرة عملية مع تقنيات HVAC الرائدة، بما في ذلك أنظمة Chillers وVRV وDX وAHU وFAHU وFCU، وتطوير مهاراتك الفنية ومهارات حل المشكلات.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- حضور مكالمات الخدمة والصيانة لأنظمة HVAC.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية/مهنية في تكييف الهواء أو التبريد أو التكييف.
- خريج حديث أو محترف في بداية المسيرة المهنية مع 0-1 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة تدريبية أو تدريب صناعي تعد ميزة إضافية.
- الرغبة في التعلم وتطوير مهارات حل المشكلات.
- الاستعداد للعمل في مواقع العملاء وفي الهواء الطلق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ HVAC والتبريد والكهرباء.
- مهارات جيدة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة العربية ومعرفة أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة أساسية ببرامج MS Word وExcel.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Attend service and maintenance calls for HVAC systems.
- Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning.
- Identify and report mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
- Perform basic refrigerant handling, leak checks, and component replacement under supervision.
- Read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all HSE and quality standards.
