نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم مشرف عمليات الخدمة (HVAC) ومقره الرياض بالإشراف على عمليات الخدمة الميدانية، وتقديم الدعم الفني للفنيين، وضمان تقديم الخدمة بأمان وكفاءة وجودة عالية. يشمل الدور دعم تخطيط القوى العاملة والمهام، وتطوير الفنيين، والتعامل مع التصعيدات الميدانية، وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حضور التصعيدات الميدانية وحلها، وتقديم الدعم الفني للفنيين، والعمل مع مدير الأعمال عند الحاجة.
- تقييم أداء الفنيين ميدانيًا عبر الزيارات الميدانية والتوجيه والتدريب الفني.
- تخطيط وتوزيع مهام الفنيين يوميًا وأسبوعيًا بناءً على حجم العمل وتوفر القوى العاملة والأولويات.
- مراقبة المهام المعلقة وتذاكر الخدمة وقطع الغيار المطلوبة لضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد والتصعيد المناسب للتأخيرات.
- إجراء تدقيق دوري لمركبات الخدمة والأدوات ومظهر الفنيين والزي الرسمي ومعدات السلامة والتراخيص والإقامات.
- دعم والتحكم في عملية إدماج الفنيين الجدد، بما في ذلك الإحاطات الفنية والإجراءات والزي الرسمي والمطالبات وغيرها من المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- إجراء مراجعات وتقييمات أداء الفنيين بالتنسيق مع مدير الأعمال.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفني أول، مع دبلوم أو شهادة في تكييف الهواء أو التبريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال HVAC مع معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة VRV/DX أو Applied.
- رخصة قيادة محلية سارية المفعول.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة مع شركة دايكن أو مصنع ياباني/أمريكي مماثل في مجال HVAC.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات فنية وتحليلية قوية في حل المشكلات والتشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية جيدة، مع القدرة على إدارة الفنيين والتواصل بفعالية مع العملاء والمقاولين.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عمليات الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- معرفة بإجراءات التشغيل الخاصة بدايكن لأنظمة VRV/DX/Applied.
- معرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Office.

About The Role
The Service Operations Supervisor - HVAC is based in Riyadh and is responsible for overseeing field service operations, providing technical support to Technicians, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role supports manpower and job planning, technician development, field escalations, and achievement of service KPIs.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Attend and resolve field escalations, providing technical support to Technicians and working with the BOM when required.
- Evaluate Technician field performance through site visits, mentoring, and technical coaching.
- Plan and assign Technician jobs on a daily and weekly basis based on job demand, manpower availability, and priorities.
- Monitor pending jobs, service tickets, and required parts to ensure timely job completion and proper escalation of delays.
- Conduct regular audits of service vehicles, tools, Technician grooming, uniforms, PPE, safety compliance, licenses, and Iqama.
- Support and control the onboarding of newly joined Technicians, including technical briefings, procedures, uniforms, claims, and other operational requirements.
- Conduct Technician performance reviews and evaluations in coordination with the BOM.
- Provide technical expertise on VRV/DX and Applied systems, including installation, equipment selection, drawings, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
- Ensure Technicians follow proper Daikin installation and commissioning standards, including piping, wiring, pressure testing, airflow, ducting, settings, and start-up procedures.
- Attend customer, consultant, and subcontractor site meetings when technical or service escalations occur.
- Prepare technical reports and site findings for customers, consultants, and contractors, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Provide on-site and classroom training on product installation, commissioning, and service procedures.
- Drive achievement of service KPIs, including Utilization, WIP, Efficiency, Same-Day Dispatch Rate, 3-Day Completion Rate, and First Time-Fix Rate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Technician, with a Diploma or Certificate in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with strong hands-on knowledge of VRV/DX or Applied systems.
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop Technicians and communicate effectively with customers and contractors.
- Proven experience in managing service operations and KPIs.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Daikin operational procedures for VRV/DX/Applied systems.
- Valid local driving license.
- Experience with Daikin or an equivalent Japanese/American HVAC manufacturer is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
