تعلن شركة دايكن (Daikin) - السعودية عن توفر وظيفة فني تبريد (Refrigeration Technician) في الرياض (حي الدار البيضاء).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
فني التبريد مسؤول عن تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة واكتشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) لضمان التشغيل الموثوق ورضا العملاء العالي. تعمل هذه الوظيفة من الرياض، وتتطلب خبرة تقنية عملية وقدرة تشخيصية قوية والالتزام بمعايير السلامة وجودة الخدمة. سينفذ الفني أنشطة الخدمة بشكل مستقل في المواقع مع التنسيق الوثيق مع المشرفين وفرق الخدمة لتحقيق اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) والأهداف التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال التركيب والصيانة واكتشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التبريد مثل (Air-Cooled Chiller / Centrifugal Chiller / VRV&DX / Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Plant) / Commercial Refrigeration).
- تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأعطال التحكم واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بكفاءة.
- دعم أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة والتشغيل الأولي (Commissioning) لضمان عمل الأنظمة وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية لمشاكل النظام وتقليل حالات الأعطال المتكررة.
- تحسين أداء النظام من خلال الخدمة المناسبة وفحص المعايير وإجراء التعديلات الطفيفة.
- تصعيد المشاكل التقنية المعقدة أو المتكررة إلى المشرفين عند الحاجة.
- العمل كممثل تقني في الموقع والحفاظ على تواصل احترافي مع العملاء وشرح الأنشطة الخدمية والنتائج والتوصيات بوضوح.
- ضمان جودة خدمة عالية ورضا العملاء خلال جميع الزيارات.
- إكمال تقارير الخدمة وقوائم الفحص ووثائق العمل بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد مع تسجيل بيانات النظام والأعطال والإجراءات المتخذة.
- التنسيق مع المشرفين والمخططين وفرق قطع الغيار لتنفيذ العمل بسلاسة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وأنظمة التصاريح والتعامل الآمن مع الأدوات والمعدات والمبردات (Refrigerants).
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بمنتجات الشركة وممارسات الخدمة وتقنيات HVAC الجديدة والمشاركة في التدريبات وتطبيق التعلم في الأنشطة الميدانية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني (ITI / دبلوم في الميكانيكا أو التبريد وتكييف الهواء أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في خدمة HVAC (تركيب، صيانة، اكتشاف أعطال) خاصة في التبريد الصناعي (Industrial Refrigeration).
- مهارات قوية في اكتشاف الأعطال في الأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة التبريد.
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة التحكم في HVAC وقراءة المخططات (Schematics).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في مواقع العملاء.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء.
- الإلمام بأدوات إعداد تقارير الخدمة (يدوية أو رقمية).
- التزام قوي بمعايير السلامة والجودة.

- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air-Cooled Chiller / Centrifugal Chiller/ VRV&DX / Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Plant) / Commercial Refrigeration.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control faults and carry out corrective actions efficiently.
- Support commissioning, operation & maintenance activities to ensure systems operate as per OEM standards.
- Identify root causes of system issues and minimize repeat breakdowns.
- Optimize system performance through proper servicing, parameter checks, and minor adjustments.
- Escalate complex or recurring technical issues to supervisors when required.
- Act as the on-site technical representative and maintain professional communication with customers.
- Explain service activities, findings, and recommendations clearly.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction during all visits.
- Complete service reports, checklists, and job documentation accurately and on time.
- Record system data, faults, and actions taken.
- Coordinate with supervisors, planners, and spare parts teams for smooth execution.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit systems.
- Ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and refrigerants.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service practices, and new HVAC technologies.
- Participate in trainings and apply learning in field activities.
- Technical Diploma (ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting specifically Industrial Refrigeration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC controls and schematics reading.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Familiarity with service reporting tools (manual or digital).
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
