Role Description The Odoo Techno Functional professional will work full time on-site in Al Khobar, collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective Odoo ERP configurations and customizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, configuring Odoo modules, performing functional testing, and ensuring integrations between Odoo and other systems are stable and efficient. The role involves preparing technical and functional documentation, supporting data migration activities, and providing training and guidance to end users to ensure successful system adoption. The Odoo Techno Functional professional will also troubleshoot issues, coordinate with technical teams on updates or custom development, and contribute to continuous improvement of clients’ ERP environments. This position requires close collaboration with internal consultants and external clients to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand business requirements, evaluate processes, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, document functional specifications, and provide clear user training.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to analyze, model, and optimize workflows across finance, operations, and other functional areas.
• Candidates should possess Functional Testing skills to validate configurations, ensure quality of customizations, and support user acceptance testing.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills to support and validate connections between Odoo and external systems or services.
• Experience with Odoo ERP configuration and customization (functional and basic technical) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes, especially within Saudi regulatory and tax (ZATCA) frameworks, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site with clients in Al Khobar, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Odoo techno-functional consulting role.
