يقع منتجع Raffles The Red Sea ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، وهو ملاذ من الأناقة الرفيعة والفخامة الخالدة، يجمع بين الخدمة الأسطورية لفنادق Raffles والجمال الطبيعي والاستدامة التي تميز Red Sea Global. يضم المنتجع 361 غرفة و11 مفهومًا طهيًا متميزًا، بما في ذلك مطعم فوق الماء، ومنتجع صحي، ويوفر ملاذًا منسقًا لأكثر المسافرين تميزًا في العالم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • خدمة الضيوف والنقل: توفير نقل سلس للضيوف بين الفيلات وأماكن تناول الطعام ومرافق المنتجع، مع ضمان رحلة مريحة.
  • التفاعل الشخصي: توقع احتياجات الضيوف وتقديم خدمة بديهية وشخصية، والعمل كروائي للمنتجع من خلال مشاركة المعلومات عن الوجهة والمرافق والثقافة المحلية.
  • السلامة والامتثال: تشغيل العربات الكهربائية بأمان والتقيد الصارم بحدود السرعة وبروتوكولات سلامة المشاة وأنظمة القيادة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • صيانة المركبات: إجراء فحوصات يومية قبل المناوبة للعربات (مستوى البطارية، ضغط الإطارات، النظافة) وضمان بقائها بحالة مثالية طوال الوقت.
  • التعامل مع الأمتعة: مساعدة الضيوف في تحميل وتفريغ الأمتعة أو الأغراض الشخصية بأقصى درجات العناية والاحترافية.
  • التنسيق التشغيلي: الحفاظ على تواصل دائم مع فرق مكتب الاستقبال والكونسيرج لضمان استلام وتوصيل الضيوف في الوقت المحدد.
  • الاستدامة: الالتزام بروح الاستدامة في المنتجع من خلال إدارة شحن المركبات بكفاءة والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال ميكانيكية قد تؤثر على استهلاك الطاقة.
  • معايير العلامة التجارية: التمسك بمعايير المظهر والسلوك الخاصة بفنادق Raffles، وضمان أن يكون كل تفاعل مع الضيف مخصصًا وصادقًا.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، ويُفضل الحصول على درجة في الضيافة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة إلى سنتين في دور يتعامل مباشرة مع الضيوف ضمن فندق أو منتجع فاخر.
  • امتلاك رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى ميزة إضافية لخدمة عملاء عالميين.
  • عقلية إبداعية مع شغف بعلاقات الضيوف والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • لياقة بدنية تتيح العمل في الهواء الطلق تحت مختلف الظروف الجوية ومساعدة الضيوف في حمل الأمتعة الثقيلة عند الحاجة.

Job Description

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service & Transportation: Provide seamless transportation for guests between villas, dining venues, and resort facilities, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.
  • Personalized Engagement: Anticipate guest needs and offer intuitive, personalized service, acting as a resort storyteller by sharing information about the destination, facilities, and local culture.
  • Safety & Compliance: Operate electric buggies in a safe and responsible manner, strictly adhering to resort speed limits, pedestrian safety protocols, and KSA driving regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of buggies (battery levels, tire pressure, cleanliness) and ensure vehicles are kept in pristine condition at all times.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage or personal items with the utmost care and professionalism.
  • Operational Coordination: Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs.
  • Sustainability: Adhere to the resort’s sustainability ethos by managing vehicle charging efficiently and reporting any mechanical issues that may affect energy consumption.
  • Brand Standards: Uphold Raffles’ grooming and conduct standards, ensuring every guest interaction feels bespoke and heartfelt.

Qualifications

  • Personal Attributes & Experience:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are highly desirable to assist a global clientele.
  • Attitude: A creative mindset with a passion for guest relations and an eye for detail.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and assist with heavy luggage as required.

Additional Information

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
