Senior SQA Automation Engineer

تسعى شركة CodeNinja Inc. (300+ خبير) إلى تعيين مهندس أتمتة أول (Senior SQA Automation Engineer) للعمل عن بُعد في السعودية. المطلوب خبرة 8+ سنوات في تطوير حلول الاختبار الآلي للأنظمة المؤسسية المعقدة، مع تفضيل خبرة سابقة في القطاع المصرفي والتقنية المالية (Fintech).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة نصوص الأتمتة لاختبارات الانحدار (Regression) والوظيفية (Functional) وتكامل الأنظمة (SIT).
- إنشاء أُطر عمل أتمتة قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام (frameworks, utilities, libraries).
- تصحيح وتحسين نصوص الاختبار لزيادة الموثوقية والأداء.
- ضمان قابلية التوسع والنمطية في الاختبارات الآلية وفق أفضل الممارسات.
- دمج مجموعات الاختبار الآلي في خطوط CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI أو ما يعادلها).
- إعداد تشغيل تلقائي للاختبارات أثناء البناء الليلي ودمج الأكواد ودورات الإصدار.
- تضمين التقارير وسجلات المخرجات في لوحات CI/CD.
- ضمان تغطية اختبارية شاملة تشمل واجهة المستخدم (UI) وواجهة API واختبارات SIT و End-to-End.
- التعاون مع قائد فريق الاختبار اليدوي لتحديد أولويات حالات الأتمتة.
- إعداد تقارير اختبار مفصلة وسجلات تنفيذ وملخصات أخطاء وقياسات تغطية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات فرز الأخطاء (defect triage) وتقديم رؤى فنية حول فشل الأتمتة.
- التعاون مع المطورين والمهندسين المعماريين وفرق ضمان الجودة وال DevOps لتجهيز بيئة الاختبار.
- تقديم إرشادات حول ممارسات الأتمتة المثلى لأعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر في منهجيات وأدوات الاختبار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال أتمتة الاختبار.
- إتقان قوي لأدوات الأتمتة: Selenium، Cypress، Playwright، TestNG، JUnit.
- القدرة على تصميم أُطر عمل أتمتة من الصفر وبناء بنى قابلة للتوسع والنمطية.
- إتقان أتمتة API باستخدام: REST Assured، Postman، Karate أو أدوات مشابهة.
- إجادة لغتين برمجة على الأقل من: Java، Python، JavaScript.
- خبرة في دمج الأتمتة مع: Jenkins، GitHub Actions، GitLab CI، Bitbucket Pipelines.
- معرفة بسير العمل القائمة على Git.
- خبرة مع SQL للتحقق من صحة قاعدة البيانات وإعداد بيانات الاختبار.
- فهم عميق لـ: اختبار تكامل الأنظمة (SIT)، اختبار End-to-End، اختبار الانحدار (Regression)، واختبار الأنظمة المؤسسية المعقدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بالمنصات السحابية (AWS / Azure) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مع البيئات المحتواة (Docker, Kubernetes).
- خبرة العمل ضمن فرق Agile/Scrum.
- مهارات تحليلية وتصحيح أخطاء قوية.

Automation Development & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression, functional, and SIT testing.
- Create reusable automation frameworks, utilities, and libraries.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance test scripts for improved reliability and performance.
- Ensure automated tests are scalable, modular, and aligned with best practices.
- Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent pipelines.
- Configure automated execution triggers for nightly builds, code merges, and release cycles.
- Implement reporting and log outputs directly into CI/CD dashboards.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including UI, API, SIT, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Work closely with the Manual Test Lead to identify automation candidates and maintain prioritization.
- Prepare detailed test reports, execution logs, error summaries, and coverage metrics.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide technical insights on automation failures.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams for test environment readiness.
- Provide guidance on automation best practices to junior team members.

🧩 Skills & Expertise Required
Automation & Framework Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit
- Ability to design frameworks from scratch and build scalable, modular architectures.
- Proficiency with: REST Assured, Postman, Karate, or similar tools
- Ability to automate REST APIs and validate request/response structures.
- Strong in at least two programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript
- Experience integrating automation with: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines
- Knowledge of Git-based workflows.
- Experience with SQL for backend validation and test data preparation.
- Deep understanding of:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- E2E testing
- Regression testing
- Testing complex enterprise systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
