CodeNinja هي شركة سعودية متكاملة لتقديم حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي، تساعد المؤسسات والحكومة على تحديث الأنظمة وتشغيل الذكاء عبر سير العمل الحيوية. تعمل من الرياض وتخدم أكثر من 240 منظمة في القطاعات ذات الأولوية مثل التحول الرقمي الحكومي والطاقة والخدمات المالية والخدمات اللوجستية والرعاية الصحية. نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مدير تسليم لإدارة التغييرات التقنية (الإصلاحات الطارئة، الإصلاحات الإنتاجية، التحديثات، الترقيات، وتغييرات البنية التحتية/الشبكة/الأمان) في بيئة بنكية مباشرة مع عميل بنكي سعودي رائد، مع التركيز على الحوكمة الصارمة للتغيير والالتزام بمستويات الخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وحوكمة التسليم الكامل للتغييرات التقنية.
- تنسيق الإصدارات الإنتاجية والإصلاحات الطارئة والحوادث العاجلة.
- إدارة حوكمة التغيير وجاهزية الإصدار وضوابط التنفيذ.
- ضمان الالتزام بمستويات الخدمة واستقرار الإنتاج.
- التنسيق مع فرق إدارة التغيير ودعم الإنتاج والبنية التحتية ودعم التطبيقات والأمن والعمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة بتسليم التغييرات/الإصدارات التقنية في بيئة إنتاج بنكية أو مؤسسة كبيرة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة قوية في التسليم التشغيلي وبيئات الإنتاج.
- شهادة PMP أو PRINCE2.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الإصدارات الإنتاجية والإصلاحات الطارئة تحت ضغط مستويات الخدمة.
- خبرة مباشرة في حوكمة التغيير وضوابط التنفيذ في بيئة إنتاج حية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة ITIL (مرغوب فيها).
- خبرة سابقة في البنوك أو بيئات الإنتاج الخاضعة للتنظيم (مرغوب فيها).
- الإلمام بإدارة الحوادث إلى جانب إدارة التغيير (مرغوب فيه).

About The Role

This is an operational, production-facing role requiring tight change governance and SLA discipline in a live banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of technical changes
- Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents
- Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls
- Ensure SLA adherence and production stability
- Coordinate with Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical change/release delivery within a production banking or large enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong operational delivery and production environment experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Proven experience managing production releases and emergency/urgent fixes under SLA pressure
- Direct experience with change governance and implementation controls in a live production environment
- ITIL certification
- Prior experience in banking or other regulated production environments
- Exposure to incident management alongside change management
- Work on high-visibility, bank-wide resilience programs with direct regulatory impact
