We're looking for expert facilitators to guide participants in designing practical, credible validation studies. The results will go to investors and senior leadership as evidence for a go / no-go decision.

What you'll do

• Deliver workshops on design thinking, user validation and evidence-based decision making
• For technical prototypes, help teams design usability tests using dedicated tools (e.g. Maze, Useberry, Lookback, UserTesting or similar), including task design, success metrics and the right questions to ask
• For non-technical concepts (e.g. campaigns, service ideas), help teams build structured surveys (e.g. Microsoft Forms, Typeform, Qualtrics or similar) with compelling, unbiased questions that cover desirability, feasibility and viability
• Coach teams on recruiting colleagues as test participants and running sessions properly
• Run 1:1 mentoring sessions to review question design, avoid leading or biased questions, and make sure findings are measurable
• Help teams turn raw results into clear, persuasive evidence for their final pitch

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in design thinking, UX research, customer experience or service design
• Deep expertise in customer journey mapping, usability testing, survey design and user research methods
• Proven experience facilitating workshops in corporate environments; banking, financial services or other regulated sectors are a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with usability testing and survey tools
• Ability to translate research findings into business decisions and executive-level narratives
• Relevant certifications are a strong plus (e.g. IDEO U, Stanford d.school, NN/g UX Certification, CCXP, IIBA/BA or similar)
• Arabic and English fluency is a must

• Location: Riyadh, on-site (some sessions may be virtual)
