We're looking for expert facilitators to run hands-on workshops and 1:1 mentoring sessions that help participants pick the right AI tools and use them to build working prototypes and demos of their ideas/concepts within days.

What you'll do

• Deliver practical, hands-on workshops on AI-assisted prototyping for non-technical and semi-technical employees
• Help each team choose the right tool for their idea, whether that's a web or mobile app prototype (e.g. Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Softr, v0, Replit, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) or a marketing campaign demo (e.g. prompt engineering for best AI image or video result)
• Teach participants to write effective prompts and iterate on outputs quickly
• Run 1:1 mentoring sessions to unblock teams, review progress and raise the quality of their demos
• Advise on what can and can't be used inside a regulated corporate environment, including data privacy, confidentiality and approved-tool considerations
• Make sure every team reaches demo day with a prototype they can show with confidence

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering workshops or training
• Proven experience facilitating in corporate environments; banking, financial services or other regulated sectors are a strong plus
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of current AI tools across text, code, image, video and no-code/low-code app building, with examples of things you've actually built
• Advanced prompt engineering skills, with the ability to teach them simply to non-technical audiences
• Relevant certifications in AI, generative AI, prompt engineering or no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft, Google, AWS, DeepLearning.AI or platform-specific credentials)
• Relevant certifications in workshop facilitation or any other relevant skills
• Confident, energetic facilitation style that can manage mixed-skill groups
• Arabic and English fluency is a must

• Location: Riyadh, on-site (some sessions may be virtual)
