The HSE Lead / HSE Manager - Civil is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE programs across civil construction projects. The role ensures compliance with Saudi regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for civil construction projects. Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and policies. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments including JSAs and Method Statements. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. Mentor and supervise HSE Officers and site safety personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline. NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. 8 to 12 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment within civil construction projects. Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead or managerial HSE position. Proven experience on large-scale civil, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.

Mandatory Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, NEBOSH IGC certification, and 8-12 years of HSE experience in civil construction projects, including proven experience leading HSE teams on major projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
