Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) to lead and manage the company’s QHSE activities across construction projects and operations. The role involves a combination of office-based and field-based responsibilities, including managing QHSE documentation, planning and reporting, as well as conducting regular site visits, inspections, and coordinating with project teams.

The work location may be in Jeddah or Riyadh, depending on project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Proven experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Good understanding of construction site operations and QHSE practices.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage both office and field responsibilities.
