مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث (جدة) يعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي أشعة في مختبر قسطرة القلب (Radiographer, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تعظيم الحماية من الإشعاع وتقليل الجرعة الإشعاعية للموظفين والمرضى من خلال الممارسة الآمنة والمراقبة والتوعية، بالإضافة إلى تقييم وتشغيل جميع أجهزة التصوير الإشعاعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤول عن الاستخدام الآمن والمناسب لمعدات التصوير الإشعاعي، وضمان التزام جميع أعضاء فريق القسطرة بقواعد السلامة الإشعاعية.
- تحقيق جودة الصورة المثلى بأقل معايير الجرعة باستخدام مبدأ (ALARA) - (أقل مستوى يمكن تحقيقه بشكل معقول).
- إجراء الفحوصات اليومية للمعدات واستكشاف الأعطال البسيطة، وإبلاغ أخصائي الأشعة الأول عن أي أعطال أو حاجة للصيانة.
- ضمان صيانة جميع المعدات بشكل مناسب، وإبلاغ أخصائي الأشعة الأول عن مخاطر السلامة أو الحاجة للصيانة الوقائية.
- تنفيذ إجراءات القسطرة تحت إشراف طبيب القلب، ووضع معدات التصوير بشكل صحيح وضبط التكبير والتضييق وفق البروتوكول.
- تحرير وأرشفة واسترجاع صور المرضى من خلال أنظمة الشبكات والتخزين، والحفاظ على دقة الشبكة يوميًا عبر محطات العمل.
- جمع وتوزيع أجهزة مراقبة الإشعاع شهريًا، وتوزيع نتائج التقرير على جميع الموظفين وحفظ سجل.
- المسؤول عن التنظيف السنوي وفحص أجهزة الحماية من الإشعاع، والحفاظ على نظام تتبع وتوثيق.
- ضمان توفر المستلزمات والمواد بمستوى كافٍ، وإبلاغ أخصائي الأشعة الأول عن انخفاض المخزون.
- المساعدة في إجراءات الإنعاش الطارئ.
- المساعدة في المشاريع البحثية، تطوير البرامج، جمع البيانات، اجتماعات الموظفين، والتدريب المستمر. المشاركة في برامج مراقبة الجودة والتحسين المستمر بالقسم.
- الامتثال لقواعد وأنظمة السلامة الإشعاعية بالمستشفى ووفقًا لهيئة المدن الصناعية (KACST) ومركز الملك عبدالله للرعاية الصحية (K.A. CARE) والجهات التنظيمية الوطنية والدولية الأخرى.
- الامتثال لسياسات القسم وإجراءاته وبروتوكولاته، وتطبيق برنامج تحسين الجودة المستمر وفقًا لمعايير CBAHI وJCI وSFDA وجهات الاعتماد الأخرى.
- تطبيق وضمان الالتزام بمبدأ (ALARA) لجميع الإجراءات التي تتضمن تعرضًا إشعاعيًا.
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات المستشفى ذات الصلة.
- المشاركة في البحث والتعليم والتدريب والتطوير الذاتي والآخرين حسب الاقتضاء.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب المطلوب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو درجة مشارك/دبلوم في تكنولوجيا الإشعاع أو العلوم الإشعاعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة المطلوبة: للدرجة 08: سنتان من الخبرة ذات الصلة مع البكالوريوس، أو 4 سنوات مع درجة مشارك/دبلوم. للدرجة 09: 4 سنوات كأخصائي قلبي وعائي تدخلي في مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي أو خبرة ذات صلة من الدرجة 08، مع متوسط تقييم أداء سنوي لا يقل عن 3.5 خلال آخر 4 سنوات، و50 ساعة تعليم طبي مستمر (CME) متراكمة.
- شهادة تسجيل سارية من بلد المنشأ ومن الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCHS).

Summary
Maximizes radiation protection and reduces radiation dose to staff and patients through safe radiation practice, monitoring, and education. Evaluates and operates all radiographic equipment.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the safe and appropriate use of radiographic equipment. Ensures that all members of catheterization team observe radiation safety practice.
- Achieves optimal image quality with the lowest dose parameters using the As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) principle.
- Performs daily equipment checks and simple troubleshooting. Notifies the Senior Radiographer (SR) of malfunctions or need for repair.
- Ensures that all equipment is properly maintained.Informs SR of safety hazards or need for repair/preventative maintenance.
- Carries out catheterization procedures under direction of Cardiologist. Positions radiographic equipment correctly and adjusts magnification and collimation as per protocol.
- Edits, archives, and retrieves patient images through the networking and media storage systems. Maintains the accuracy of the network through the workstations on a daily basis.
- Collects and distributes radiation monitoring devices on a monthly basis. Distributes report findings to all staff and maintains a logbook.
- Responsible for annual cleaning and screening of radiation protection devices. Maintains a tracking system and documentation.
- Ensures adequate level of supplies and materials and informs SR of reduction in supply inventory.
- Assists with emergency resuscitation measures.
- Assists with research projects, program development, data collection, staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education. Participates in departmental quality control and quality improvement programs
- Complies with Radiation safety rules and regulation of the hospital and in accordance with KACST and K.A. CARE and other national or international regulation bodies.
- Complies with the section policies, procedures and protocols. Establish a continues quality improvement program in accordance with CBAHI, JCI, SFDA and other accreditation agencies standards
- Applies and ensures compliance with ALARA principle role for all procedure involving radiation exposure
- Follows all Hospital’s related policies and procedures.
- Participates in self and others’ research, education, training, and development, as applicable.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
Education
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree /Diploma in Radiation Technology/Radiological Sciences, or others related field is required.
Experience Required
Grade 08:
Two (2) years of related experience with Bachelor’s, or four (4) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
Grade 09:
- Four (4) years as Cardiovascular Technologist, Invasive at KFSHRC, or (Grade 08) related experience is required.
- Average of annual performance appraisal at least (3.5) for the last four (4) years.
- Fifty (50) hours of cumulative continued medical education [CME].
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Current Registration from country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) is required.
