تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظائف في مجال الأشعة (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology Technician/Technologist - Senior) في منطقتي مكة وجدة، السعودية، لإجراء فحوصات CT وMRI ومساعدة أطباء الأشعة في الإجراءات التخصصية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات CT وMRI الروتينية وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة في القسم.
- المساعدة في إجراء الفحوصات التخصصية تحت إشراف الموظفين الأكبر خبرة.
- التأكد من صحة تعريف المريض وموقع الدراسة قبل كل فحص.
- التنبيه النهائي للمريضات أو المرافقات بشأن احتمالية الحمل أو عدمه.
- تنفيذ إجراءات السلامة الإشعاعية ومراقبتها لضمان سلامة المرضى والموظفين والزوار.
- في قسم CT: إزالة أي مواد معتمة للإشعاع من المريض أو الطاولة قد تؤثر على الصورة.
- في قسم MRI: تذكير المريض بأي أجسام مغناطيسية حديدية قد تسبب ضرراً أو تتأثر بالمجال المغناطيسي.
- الإلمام بجميع تقنيات التعقيم والإجراءات التمريضية اللازمة في قسمي CT وMRI.
- فحص جميع الأجهزة المسؤولة عنها يومياً والتأكد من نظافتها.
- توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية حسب الاقتضاء.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُسند إليه ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر وفقاً لقيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والسرية، والأمن السيبراني، وسلوكيات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد الحصول على الدبلوم في مجال الأشعة.
- حمل دبلوم تقني أو بكالوريوس في مجال الأشعة أو التصوير الطبي.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ومعرفة بالعربية تفضل.
- الحصول على ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية - SCFHS أو هيئة الصحة بدبي - DHA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع الأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين والمرضى وعائلاتهم.

Must be able to clearly communicate with physicians, non-medical staff, patients and their families
Experience
Must be in continuous good radiological practice and should hold at least 2 years’ post-diploma experience
Education
Must hold an appropriate radiographic/technological diplomas / Bachelor degree
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA),
Job Purpose:
Performs CT and MRI examinations and assist the radiologists in doing special procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Carries out routine CT - MRI examinations in line with the agreed policies and procedures of the department.
- Assists in carrying out specialized procedures under the supervision of Senior Staff.
- Responsible for correct identification of patients and site of study before each examination.
- Responsible for final reminder of female patients or female companion for the possibility of being pregnant or not.
- Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors in full compliance.
- In CT, removes all radio-opaque materials from patient or table that could interfere with radiographic image.
- In MRI, should remind the patient of any Ferro-magnetic objects that might cause harm or be affected by the magnetic field.
- Be Knowledgeable in all sterile, aseptic techniques and equipment and nursing procedure necessary in the area of CT - MRI.
- Inspects all equipment under his or her control on a regular daily basis and ensures that the equipment is kept clean.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
