شركة Stat Home Repair تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني كهربائي (Electrical Technician) في منطقة القصيم، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية في ورشة التصنيع.
- تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية في ماكينات التحكم الرقمي (CNC) وأفران المعالجة الحرارية وماكينات اللحام وغيرها من معدات التصنيع.
- فحص وصيانة وإصلاح اللوحات الكهربائية ومراكز التحكم بالمحركات (MCCs) والمحولات وشبكات توزيع الطاقة.
- تنفيذ أعمال التوصيلات والتمديدات وتركيب المكونات الكهربائية.
- ضمان وجود أنظمة تأريض وحماية مناسبة وفعالة.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الكهربائية/التحكمية في ماكينات CNC (VTL, HBM).
- معالجة أعطال المحركات والمحركات السيرفو والمشفِّرات والحساسات والمفاتيح الحدية ودوائر التحكم.
- مراقبة إنذارات CNC وتنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية لاستعادة التشغيل بسرعة.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل وترقية ماكينات CNC.
- تشغيل وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية لأفران المعالجة الحرارية (التلدين، تخفيف الإجهاد، المعالجة الحرارية بعد اللحام، إلخ).
- مراقبة ومعالجة أعطال أنظمة التحكم في درجة الحرارة والمزدوجات الحرارية وعناصر التسخين ولوحات التحكم.
- ضمان عمل وحدات التحكم في درجة الحرارة والمسجلات وأنظمة تسجيل البيانات بشكل صحيح.
- دعم معايرة المزدوجات الحرارية وأجهزة مراقبة درجة الحرارة.
- التنسيق مع فرق ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة لضمان أداء الأفران وفقًا لمتطلبات العملية والكود.
- الاستجابة الفورية للأعطال الكهربائية لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية/الوقائية.
- تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية لجميع الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة الكهربائية بما في ذلك القفل/الوسم (LOTO).
- ضمان العزل الآمن قبل العمل على المعدات.
- استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة عند العمل في الأفران ذات الحرارة العالية والأنظمة الكهربائية.
- ضمان ظروف عمل آمنة حول الأفران (مناطق الحرارة العالية، الكابلات، اللوحات).
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث الوشيكة والإصابات.
- إكمال متطلبات التدريب الداخلي: التدريب الأساسي على أدوات STATS، المناولة اليدوية، الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة، مكافحة الرشوة والفساد، الوعي باللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، الوعي بمواد COSHH.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو دورة فنية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- 5 سنوات خبرة في الصيانة الكهربائية في مجال التصنيع الثقيل أو الصلب أو الصناعة التحويلية.
- خبرة عملية مع ماكينات CNC وأفران المعالجة الحرارية (إلزامية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل الفني.
- القدرة على التعامل مع حالات الأعطال تحت ضغط عالٍ.
- مهارات جيدة في التنسيق والتواصل.
- وعي عالٍ بالسلامة والانضباط.

Job Purpose

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workshop electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines, heat treatment furnaces, welding machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical panels, MCCs, transformers, and power distribution systems.
- Execute wiring, termination, cable routing, and installation of electrical components.
- Ensure proper earthing/grounding and protection systems are in place and functional.
- CNC Machine Support.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues in CNC machines (VTL, HBM).
- Troubleshoot drives, motors, encoders, sensors, limit switches, and control circuits.
- Monitor CNC alarms and perform corrective maintenance to restore operations quickly.
- Assist in CNC machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Heat Treatment Furnace Maintenance.
- Operate and maintain electrical systems of heat treatment furnaces (annealing, stress relieving, PWHT, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot temperature control systems, thermocouples, heating elements, and control panels.
- Ensure proper functioning of temperature controllers, recorders, and data logging systems.
- Support calibration of thermocouples and temperature monitoring instruments.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure furnace performance meets process and code requirements.
- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical systems and equipment.
- Follow electrical safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Ensure safe isolation before working on equipment.
- Use appropriate PPE when working on high-temperature furnaces and electrical systems.
- Ensure safe working conditions around furnaces (high heat zones, cables, panels).
- Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately.

- Ability to handle high-pressure breakdown situations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- High safety awareness and discipline.
