شركة Stat Home Repair تعلن عن وظيفة فني ميكانيكي (Mechanical Technician) في منطقة القصيم، المملكة العربية السعودية. تشمل المهمة إجراء اختبار الضغط الهيدروستاتيكي للمكوّنات المصنعة مثل الوصلات والمشابك والمواسير باستخدام معدات الاختبار الهيدروليكي، مع الالتزام بالكودات المعمول بها ومواصفات المشروع ومعايير السلامة. الشركة هي جهة عمل متكافئة الفرص، وتشجع على التقديم حتى لو لم يستوفِ المتقدم جميع المؤهلات المذكورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز وتشغيل معدات الاختبار الهيدروستاتيكي بما في ذلك المضخات الهيدروليكية ومقاييس الضغط والصمامات ومنصات الاختبار.
- إجراء اختبار الضغط الهيدروستاتيكي للمنتجات المصنعة وفقًا للإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة (مثل ASME وAPI ومواصفات العميل).
- ضمان الملء والتهوية والضغط السليم للمكونات المختبرة للقضاء على جيوب الهواء.
- مراقبة مستويات الضغط والحفاظ على ضغط الاختبار للمدد المحددة وفقًا لمتطلبات الاختبار.
- التفتيش عن التسريبات أو انخفاض الضغط أو التشوه الهيكلي أثناء الاختبار.
- تسجيل وتوثيق نتائج الاختبار بما في ذلك قراءات الضغط والمدة والملاحظات.
- التنسيق مع مفتشي مراقبة الجودة لحضور الاختبار والموافقات.
- التأكد من معايرة جميع أدوات القياس وأنها في حالة عمل جيدة.
- تجهيز إعدادات الاختبار بما في ذلك السدادات والحشيات والوصلات والتوصيلات.
- تفريغ الضغط وتصريف الأنظمة بأمان بعد اكتمال الاختبار.
- الحفاظ على النظافة وضمان ظروف عمل آمنة في منطقة الاختبار.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) خاصة المتعلقة بأنظمة الضغط العالي.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة بدقة أثناء الاختبار الهيدروستاتيكي نظرًا لمخاطر الضغط العالي.
- استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة (خوذة، قفازات، واقي وجه، أحذية سلامة، إلخ).
- ضمان وضع الحواجز واللافتات التحذيرية حول مناطق الاختبار.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي ظروف غير آمنة / حوادث / إصابات / حالات اقتراب خطر / مخاطر واستكمال الأوراق ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية (ITI) في الميكانيكا أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الاختبارات الهيدروستاتيكية في مجال التصنيع أو النفط والغاز أو الهندسة الثقيلة.
- الإلمام باختبار ضغط الأنابيب وأوعية الضغط.
- إتمام الدورات التدريبية الداخلية التالية: التدريب الأساسي على أدوات STATS، المناولة اليدوية، الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة، الرشوة والفساد، الوعي باللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، الوعي بمواد COSHH.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بإجراءات الاختبار الهيدروستاتيكي وتقنيات اختبار الضغط.
- الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير الدولية (ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3, API standards).
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ومخططات P&ID.
- خبرة في التعامل مع المضخات الهيدروليكية ومقاييس الضغط.
- فهم أساسي لمتطلبات المعايرة لأدوات القياس.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في تسجيل نتائج الاختبار.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة للتنسيق مع فرق مراقبة الجودة والإنتاج.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.
- الالتزام القوي بممارسات السلامة.

Job Purpose
To perform hydrostatic pressure testing of fabricated components such as fittings, Clamps, Connectors, pipes using hydraulic test equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
Directly Reports To
- Production Supervisor
- Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering
- Set up and operate hydrostatic testing equipment, including hydraulic pumps, pressure gauges, valves, and test rigs.
- Conduct hydrotesting of fabricated items as per approved procedures and standards (e.g., ASME, API, client specifications).
- Ensure proper filling, venting, and pressurization of test components to eliminate air pockets.
- Monitor pressure levels and hold test pressure for specified durations as per test requirements.
- Inspect for leaks, pressure drops, or structural deformation during testing.
- Record and document test results, including pressure readings, duration, and observations.
- Coordinate with QC Inspectors for test witnessing and approvals.
- Ensure all test instruments are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Prepare test setups including blinds, gaskets, fittings, and connections.
- Safely depressurize and drain systems after completion of testing.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions in the test area.
- Follow all HSE procedures, especially related to high-pressure systems.
- Strictly follow safety procedures during hydrotesting due to high-pressure risks.
- Use appropriate PPE (helmet, gloves, face shield, safety shoes, etc.).
- Ensure barricading and safety signage around test areas.
- Ensure all unsafe conditions /accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is completed.

- Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Mechanical or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hydrotesting within fabrication, oil & gas, or heavy engineering industry.
- Familiarity with pressure testing of piping & pressure vessels.
- Knowledge of hydrotest procedures and pressure testing techniques.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3, API standards).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs.
- Experience handling hydraulic pumps and pressure gauges.
- Basic understanding of calibration requirements for testing instruments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording test results.
- Good communication skills for coordination with QC and production teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong commitment to safety practices.
