The Ejar Platform Specialist - Real Estate Contracts is a full-time, on-site position in Dammam. The specialist is responsible for bringing a large institutional rental portfolio into full compliance on the Saudi Ejar platform, and for keeping it current thereafter.

The role combines contract auditing, data migration, day-to-day registration, and knowledge transfer to the client's own team.

• Audit, review, and compile existing rental contracts, and build a complete contract register
• Map and upload historical contract data onto the Ejar platform in full compliance with Ministry of Housing regulations
• Register and activate newly issued and renewed contracts on the platform in real time
• Resolve platform rejections, data discrepancies, and documentation errors directly with Ejar support
• Maintain a rolling renewal and expiry calendar so no contract lapses unregistered
• Reconcile the platform portfolio against the client's internal contract records on a monthly basis
• Deliver training sessions to client staff on platform navigation, registration, and troubleshooting
• Prepare a step-by-step internal user guide tailored to the client's contract types
• Produce weekly progress reports and a monthly performance summary

• Saudi national
• Valid FAL brokerage licence issued by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), or eligibility and readiness to obtain one before the start date
• Registered user on the Ejar platform with demonstrated hands-on experience registering and activating contracts
• Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate leasing, tenancy administration, or contract operations
• Ability to read and interpret commercial lease terms independently
• Strong Excel skills to reconciliation level, with proven accuracy in high-volume data work
• Fluent Arabic; working English proficiency for reporting
• Eligible to obtain airport security clearance
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Eastern Province

• Experience with institutional or multi-tenant commercial portfolios
• Exposure to retail, F&B concession, office, warehouse, land, or advertising lease types
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, law, or a related field

• Full-time, on-site in Dammam
• Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours per day
• Initial 12-month contract, extendable by mutual agreement
