في Google، نبحث عن مهندس نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Outcome Engineer) ضمن فريق Forward Deployed Engineering للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- بصفك مهندس نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ستكون حلقة الوصل بين مرحلة ما قبل البيع وما بعد البيع، حيث تدخل في دورة الاتفاق خلال مرحلة التقييم التقني لحسابات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتضمن تشكيل الحلول من منظور التبني والتفعيل السريع والتسليم القابل للتطبيق.
- ضمن مؤسسة Forward Deployed Engineering، ستقوم بتصميم كيفية دمج هذه الأصول التقنية فعلياً في بيئة تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى العميل (الموصلات، الهوية، إقامة البيانات، القيود القانونية).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الشراكة مع فرق الحسابات ومهندسي العملاء الممارسين أثناء مراحل التقييم التقني لتقييم جدوى المشروع، وصياغة المقترحات للتبني طويل الأمد، والتحقق من طلبات التعامل مع FDE.
- التعمق في سياق مستوى الكود لتشخيص وحل مشكلات تنفيذ العملاء المعقدة، وتحديد أخطاء المنتج الأساسية، واختبار الحلول البديلة لإزالة عوائق التنفيذ.
- العمل كحلقة وصل مع فرق المنتج والهندسة الأساسية لاستكشاف معوقات النشر النظامية وترجمة ملاحظات الميدان الواقعية إلى طلبات ميزات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- توجيه استراتيجية التنفيذ من خلال السلطة التقنية والبصيرة المعمارية، مع تحمل المسؤولية التقنية للتسليم إلى جانب الفرق المواجهة للعميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة العملية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في استكشاف المشكلات التقنية للشركاء أو العملاء الداخليين/الخارجيين.
- خبرة في استراتيجيات التسليم التقني والتعامل مع مؤسسات المنتج أو الهندسة.
- خبرة في تصميم الأنظمة أو أطر التنسيق (مثل LangGraph، AutoGen، CrewAI).
- خبرة في تكاملات المؤسسات (APIs، أنظمة إدارة المحتوى المؤسسي (ECMs)، الهوية)، البنية التحتية السحابية، أو نشر نماذج AI/ML.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم تصريح عمل في المملكة العربية السعودية (هذا الدور غير مؤهل للحصول على تأشيرة عمل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في التعامل المباشر مع مؤسسات المنتج/الهندسة الأساسية بخصوص نشر البنية التحتية أو نماذج AI/ML، وإدارة استراتيجيات التسليم التقني، وتصحيح الأنظمة.

As an AI Outcome Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, you will bridge the gap between pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution. Entering the agreement cycle during the technical evaluation phase for AI accounts, you will ensure that solutions are shaped strictly through the lens of adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery.
Aligned with our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization, you will architect how these technical assets actually integrate into the customer's IT ecosystem (connectors, identity, data residency, legal constraints).

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, enterprise content management (ECMs), identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience interfacing directly with core product/engineering organizations regarding infrastructure or AI/ML model deployments, managing technical delivery strategies, and debugging systems.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers (CEs) during technical evaluation phases to assess project feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, and validate FDE engagement requests.
- Dive into code-level context to diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds to clear execution roadblocks.
- Serve as the definitive liaison to core Product and Engineering teams, troubleshooting systemic deployment blockers and translating real-world field feedback into actionable feature requests.
- Steer implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight while owning the technical reality of delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
