فندق رافلز البحر الأحمر (Raffles Hotels & Resorts) يعلن عن وظيفة مرمم/مُرفه للأطفال في نادي الأطفال (Kids Club Entertainer/Animator) في أملج، تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة دافئة وشخصية ومهنية للأطفال وأولياء الأمور في جميع الأوقات.
- خلق بيئة ممتعة ومرحبة وشاملة داخل نادي الأطفال.
- ضمان شعور جميع الأطفال بالمشاركة والأمان والتقدير أثناء الأنشطة.
- الالتزام بمعايير الضيافة الفاخرة والحفاظ على صورة علامة رافلز.
- بناء علاقات إيجابية مع العائلات وتشجيع المشاركة المتكررة في الأنشطة.
- تنظيم وقيادة برامج ترفيهية يومية: ألعاب، حرف يدوية، أنشطة تعليمية، جلسات قصص، رياضة، وفعاليات ذات طابع خاص.
- تنفيذ أنشطة ترفيهية داخلية وخارجية تناسب مختلف الفئات العمرية.
- المشاركة في فعاليات المنتجع والاحتفالات والبرامج الموسمية.
- المساعدة في إعداد الجداول الزمنية للأنشطة والمفاهيم الإبداعية لترفيه الأطفال.
- تشجيع الإبداع والعمل الجماعي والتعلم من خلال تجارب مشوقة.
- ضمان سلامة ورفاهية جميع الأطفال الخاضعين للإشراف.
- اتباع إجراءات حماية الطفل والسلامة وحالات الطوارئ في جميع الأوقات.
- الحفاظ على دقة إجراءات التسجيل وتسجيل الدخول/الخروج.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن الحوادث أو المخاوف المتعلقة بالضيوف إلى الإدارة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة لسياسات الصحة والسلامة في المنتجع.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم ومظهر مرافق نادي الأطفال.
- التأكد من صيانة وتعقيم الألعاب والمعدات والمواد الخاصة بالأنشطة.
- مراقبة مستويات مخزون مستلزمات الأنشطة والإبلاغ عن احتياجات التزويد.
- دعم إجراءات فتح وإغلاق نادي الأطفال.
- المساعدة في عمليات الترفيه الأخرى عند الحاجة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الترفيه وخدمة الغرف والتدبير المنزلي والأمن والأغذية والمشروبات لضمان تجربة ضيوف سلسة.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية الخاصة بالإدارة.
- تعزيز العمل الجماعي والمساهمة بإيجابية في ثقافة المنتجع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في نادي الأطفال أو رعاية الأطفال أو الترفيه أو الضيافة أو الأنشطة الترفيهية (يفضل).
- خبرة في الضيافة الفاخرة (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة إسعافات أولية أساسية وإنعاش قلبي رئوي (يفضل).
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ لغات إضافية (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات المرنة وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات.
- فهم توقعات الضيوف في فئة الفخامة الفائقة والمواءمة مع العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع والجدولة والتحكم في المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (شرط أساسي).
- نهج استباقي وتوقعي مع إحساس قوي بالتملك والمسؤولية.
- مظهر شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة يتوافق مع معايير الفخامة.

Job Description
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to children and parents at all times.
- Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment within the Kids Club.
- Ensure all children feel engaged, safe, and valued during activities.
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards and uphold the Raffles brand image.
- Build positive relationships with families and encourage repeat participation in activities.
- Organize and lead daily entertainment programs, games, arts & crafts, educational activities, storytelling sessions, sports, and themed events.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor recreational activities suitable for different age groups.
- Participate in resort events, celebrations, and seasonal programs.
- Assist in preparing activity schedules and creative concepts for children’s entertainment.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and learning through engaging experiences.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children under supervision.
- Follow child protection, safeguarding, and emergency procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate registration and sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to management.
- Ensure all activities comply with resort health and safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Kids Club facilities.
- Ensure toys, equipment, and activity materials are properly maintained and sanitized.
- Monitor inventory levels of activity supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the Kids Club.
- Assist other recreation operations when required.
- Work closely with Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Promote teamwork and contribute positively to the resort culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in Kids Club, childcare, entertainment, hospitality, or recreational activities preferred.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, creative, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work with children of different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
