GE Vernova تبحث عن مفتش جودة (QC Inspector) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يدعم المفتش أنشطة مراقبة الجودة على مكونات التوربينات الغازية، بما في ذلك التفتيش أثناء التصنيع والتفتيش النهائي وإعداد التقارير النهائية وتفتيش التعبئة، مع ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة ومعايير الـ Lean.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تفتيش الجودة وفقًا لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة وخطط الجودة ومتطلبات العملية.
- مراجعة والتحقق من التقارير النهائية من حيث الاكتمال والدقة والامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة.
- إثارة مخاوف الجودة في الوقت المناسب ورفع القضايا التي قد تؤثر على جودة المنتج أو الامتثال للعملية أو متطلبات العميل.
- بدء ودعم أنشطة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) لتوثيق والتحكم في المنتج أو ظروف العملية غير المطابقة.
- المساهمة في تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وأنشطة الإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة قضايا الجودة المتكررة أو الهامة.
- دعم مراقبة الجودة الشاملة من خلال ضمان انضباط التفتيش والامتثال للعملية والالتزام بمعايير الجودة عبر الخط.
- قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة والوثائق الفنية والمواصفات والرسومات الهندسية لضمان تنفيذ التفتيش بدقة.
- تسجيل والحفاظ على نتائج التفتيش الدقيقة ونتائج الجودة والوثائق الداعمة حسب المتطلبات.
- استخدام أدوات التفتيش والمقاييس وأجهزة القياس والمعدات ذات الصلة بأمان وفعالية.
- تحديد ظروف عدم المطابقة ودعم إجراءات الاحتواء والتوثيق والرفع والمتابعة حسب المتطلبات.
- الالتزام بالعمل القياسي وأوراق العمل القياسية المدمجة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وتدفق الخط الفعال.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقًا لمعايير 5S.
- إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق مبادئ الـ Lean في أنشطة العمل اليومية.
- المشاركة الفعالة في حل المشكلات وتحليل السبب الجذري وأنشطة الإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة قضايا الجودة أو العملية.
- تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة ووقت الدورة والتدفق وتقليل الهدر.
- دعم التحسينات في العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة البصرية وانضباط العملية لتعزيز تطبيق الـ Lean الشامل.
- المساهمة في جهود الفريق التي تحسن أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية الإجمالية للورشة.
- العمل ضمن توقعات وقت التكت (takt time) ووقت الدورة وتدفق العملية القياسي لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
- استخدام أنظمة وواجهات أرضية الورشة مثل ELM وSmartShop وMyAndon حسب المتطلبات.
- الامتثال لسياسات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة كلية تقنية أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تفتيش جودة اللحام.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو الأجزاء الدقيقة الأخرى للطيران/الصناعية.
- رخصة فحص غير اتلافي (NDT) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for supporting quality control activities on gas turbine components, including in-process quality inspection, final quality inspection, final report creation, and packing inspection processes. Job Description
- Perform Quality Inspection in accordance with approved work instructions, quality plans, and process requirements.
- Review and verify Final Reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Raise quality concerns in a timely manner and escalate issues that may impact product quality, process compliance, or customer requirements.
- Initiate and support NCR (Non-Conformance Report) activities as required to document and control nonconforming product or process conditions.
- Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action activities to address recurring or significant quality issues.
- Support overall quality control by ensuring inspection discipline, process compliance, and adherence to quality standards across the line.
- Read and interpret work instructions, quality forms, technical documentation, specifications, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate inspection execution.
- Record and maintain accurate inspection results, quality findings, and supporting documentation as required.
- Use inspection tools, gauges, measuring devices, and related equipment safely and effectively.
- Identify nonconforming conditions and support containment, documentation, escalation, and follow-up actions as required.
- Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.
- Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address quality or process issues.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.
- Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.
- Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.
- Work within takt time, cycle time, and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.
- Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM, SmartShop, and MyAndon as required.
- Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.
- Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Min 5 years of experience in welding quality inspection.
- Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
- NDT License is a plus
