Noble Horizon is looking for an experienced Head of Content to lead Saudi Living’s content strategy, editorial direction, and creative team.

This role requires a hands-on leader who understands Saudi Arabia’s audiences, culture, and digital landscape and can turn that understanding into relevant, engaging content. You will build a strong content function, grow our audience, and ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Saudi Living’s brand, audience, and business goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage content creators, writers, editors, and video talent, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.
• Own the editorial calendar across website, social media, video, and community channels.
• Oversee content covering life in Saudi Arabia, including lifestyle, events, local experiences, and community stories.
• Ensure all content is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand standards and applicable local requirements.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to deliver effective branded content and campaigns.
• Set and track content KPIs, including audience growth, engagement, traffic, and content delivery, using insights to improve results.
• Build relationships with creators, contributors, brands, and community partners.
• Introduce practical tools, including AI, to improve content planning, production, and quality control.
• Take ownership of deadlines, team performance, and the delivery of agreed outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in digital content, editorial, media, or content marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s culture, audience preferences, and digital media landscape.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable audience growth.
• Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media, short-form video, SEO, and content analytics.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with the ability to oversee content in both languages.
• Experience managing branded content and balancing editorial quality with commercial objectives.
• A proactive, collaborative leadership style with strong accountability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Saudi market experience is essential; experience building or scaling a content team is preferred.
