تعلن شركة First Sky Contracting Company (FSCC) عن توفر وظيفة لحام إنشائي (Structural Welder) في موقعها برأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. الشركة متخصصة في مشاريع البنية التحتية والأنابيب والأعمال الترابية والإنشاءات المدنية، وتعمل وفق معايير السلامة والجودة العالمية بما في ذلك متطلبات أرامكو السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصنيع وتجميع وإصلاح المكونات الإنشائية للأنابيب والمنشآت المدنية والبنية التحتية باستخدام تقنيات ومعدات اللحام المناسبة.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات ورموز اللحام بدقة.
- تحضير المواد والمفاصل وإجراء عمليات اللحام عالية الجودة في أوضاع وبيئات مختلفة.
- فحص اللحامات وإجراء القياسات الأساسية وفحوصات الجودة اللازمة.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة الصارمة والتنسيق مع المشرفين والمهندسين وأعضاء الفريق لدعم الجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
- صيانة أدوات ومعدات اللحام والحفاظ على تنظيم مناطق العمل، والامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كعامل لحام إنشائي أو صناعي، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو الأنابيب.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ورموز اللحام وتعليمات العمل بدقة.
- فهم قوي لإجراءات السلامة، واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية، والامتثال لأنظمة السلامة في الموقع.
- قدرة بدنية على العمل في بيئات صناعية خارجية وأداء اللحام في أوضاع مختلفة وأماكن ضيقة.
- كفاءة أساسية في أدوات القياس (مثل أشرطة القياس والمقاييس) وفحص جودة اللحامات.
- مهارات فعالة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل، مع القدرة على التعاون في بيئة عمل متعددة الثقافات.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة فنية أو تدريب مهني في اللحام أو تشكيل المعادن.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي (Arc Welding) واللحام العام للتطبيقات الإنشائية والأنابيب.
- مهارات في اللحام بتقنية TIG و MIG للعمل مع مواد وأنواع لحام مختلفة.
- معرفة بالمواد ذات الصلة باللحام الإنشائي، بما في ذلك درجات الفولاذ ومواد اللحام وخصائص المواد.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions accurately.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, PPE usage, and compliance with site safety regulations.
- Physical ability to work in outdoor, industrial environments and perform welding in different positions and confined spaces.
- Basic proficiency in measurement tools (e.g., tape measures, gauges) and quality inspection of welds.
