فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة مسعف (Paramedic) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية عالية الجودة للمرضى مع مراعاة الاحتياجات الجسدية والطبية والثقافية والالتزام بالسرية واتباع إرشادات EMS والبروتوكولات.
  • تشغيل وصيانة مركبات ومعدات EMS لضمان الموثوقية ومنع التلف.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات في EMS والتطورات الصحية للاستجابة الفعالة لاحتياجات المرضى والمشكلات المحتملة.
  • إكمال المهام الإدارية بكفاءة، وضمان جاهزية مركبات EMS للانطلاق، والالتزام بالتوجيهات الإدارية والطبية.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات فريق EMS لمناقشة التحديثات التشغيلية وبروتوكولات الرعاية والتنسيق الجماعي.
  • المشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر، بما في ذلك برامج صيانة المهارات وبرامج التوعية التعليمية والبحث، للبقاء على اطلاع بمعايير EMS والمساهمة في تدريب الموظفين.
  • توقع المشكلات المحتملة والاستجابة لها بشكل مناسب.
  • السعي المستمر لتقديم رعاية عالية الجودة وتحسين بيئة العمل من خلال التغذية الراجعة المستمرة وحل المشكلات.
  • الالتزام الصارم بقائمة الصلاحيات ومستوى السلطة والبروتوكولات الطبية المعتمدة من شركة Medical Golden Etihad.
  • استخدام المستلزمات الطبية بكفاءة لمنع الهدر والمساعدة في تحسين استخدام الموارد المحدودة.
  • تقديم الدعم الاستباقي والتعاون مع باقي الموظفين لتعزيز العمل الجماعي في مكان العمل.
  • أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • القدرة البدنية لأداء المهام.
  • مهارات الحاسب الآلي (المستوى الأساسي).
  • إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (المستوى الأساسي).
  • يفضل أن يكون قادراً على قيادة سيارات الإسعاف من النوع الأول والثاني والثالث بكفاءة.
  • سنة خبرة كمسعف دعم حياة متقدم (ALS).
  • بكالوريوس في خدمات الطوارئ الطبية أو درجة أعلى.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • الشهادات المطلوبة: شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS)، شهادة دعم الحياة القلبي المتقدم (ACLS)، شهادة دعم الحياة المتقدم للأطفال (PALS)، برنامج إنعاش حديثي الولادة (NRP)، شهادة دعم الحياة المتقدم للإصابات قبل المستشفى (PHTLS).
  • يفضل: شهادة سلامة قائد مركبة الطوارئ (EVOS)، رخصة قيادة نقل خفيف سارية المفعول.
  • شهادة التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • اختبار STEP بنسبة 65% أو أعلى، أو IELTS 5.0 فما فوق.

Description

  • Delivers high-quality patient care by addressing physical, medical, and cultural needs with attention to confidentiality and adherence to EMS guidelines and protocols.
  • Operates and maintains EMS vehicles and equipment to ensure reliability and prevent damage.
  • Stay updated with current EMS trends and healthcare developments to effectively respond to patient needs and potential issues.
  • Completes administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring EMS vehicles are ready for deployment and adhering to administrative and Medical Control directives.
  • Participate in EMS staff meetings to discuss operational updates, care protocols, and team coordination.
  • Engages in ongoing professional development, including skills maintenance programs, educational awareness programs, and research, to stay current with EMS standards and contribute to staff training.
  • Anticipates potential problems and responds to them appropriately.
  • Continuously strives to deliver high-quality patient care and improve the working environment through ongoing feedback and problem-solving.
  • Strictly adheres to the privilege list level of authority and approved medical protocols by Medical Golden Etihad Co.
  • Utilizes medical supplies efficiently to prevent wastage and assists in optimizing the use of limited resources.
  • Provides proactive support and collaborates with other staff members to foster a cohesive teamwork approach in the workplace.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Physically able.
  • Computer Skills (Basic Level).
  • Microsoft office programs (Basic Level).
  • Preferably to be able to efficiently drive Type I, II, III Ambulance Vehicles.

Experience: 1 year experience as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic.

Education: Bachelor in Emergency Medical Services or Higher Degree.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
  • Emergency Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS) (plus)
  • Valid Light Transportation Driving License (plus)
  • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
  • STEP English Test - 65% or above, or IELTS 5.0 and above.
