تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة معماري (ARCHITECT) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتطوير تصاميم وظيفية وآمنة ومستدامة وجميلة للمشاريع الجديدة والتجديدات والتعديلات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتقييم حزمة التصميم المعماري ونطاق العمل.
- ضمان مطابقة التصميم التفصيلي للمعايير الصناعية واللوائح الحكومية.
- تنسيق إنتاج نموذج BIM المعماري + MEP باستخدام Revit.
- توفير مواصفات تشطيب مواد البناء وتقييمها واختيارها.
- مراقبة عمل الرسام المعماري.
- التواصل مع العملاء لضمان معالجة جميع القضايا في الوقت المناسب وتحقيق متطلبات المشروع.
- التنسيق مع فريق MEP أثناء مرحلة إنتاج التصميم التفصيلي ومرحلة البناء.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن ومعالجة استفسارات/مشكلات الموقع.
- توفير خطط مراحل البناء بالتنسيق مع مدير المشروع والمستخدم النهائي.
- فهم متطلبات/تفضيلات العميل والتأثيرات البيئية على المشروع.
- تطوير المشاريع مع الالتزام بالميزانية والجدول الزمني المحددين.
- القيام بزيارات منتظمة للموقع وإجراء فحوصات أسبوعية لضمان الجودة.
- فهم إجراءات تقديم المخططات لبلدية الحي.
- التنسيق والحصول على الموافقات من بلدية الحي (البلدية/الأمانة).
- إنتاج مخططات (As-built) ونموذج BIM (As-built).
- مراجعة وإنتاج جدول الكميات (BOQ).
- إعداد عروض ثلاثية الأبعاد تشمل صوراً مصورة (rendered images).
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- أداء جميع المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لأي معلومات حساسة يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في برامج التوعية والتدريب لمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية.
- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه والمعايير الأخلاقية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ انتهائه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان عالٍ لبرنامج AutoCAD.
- إتقان عالٍ لبرنامج Revit بما في ذلك برامج التصيير (rendering software).
- إتقان برنامج Microsoft Excel.
- معرفة تقنية متقدمة وفهم لمواد البناء.
- مهارات تنظيمية وعرضية وشخصية ممتازة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية.
- معرفة ببرنامج Adobe Photoshop (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة بمجال الرعاية الصحية والتصميم الداخلي (ميزة إضافية).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التصميم المعماري، BIM (Revit)، التنسيق في الموقع، وعمليات التقديم والموافقات البلدية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معتمدة (الماجستير ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- ترخيص الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).

Education
Bachelor degree in Architecture engineering from an accredited University, MSc is a plus.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Job Purpose:
Develop functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs for new constructions, renovations, and alterations of buildings.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Analyzing and evaluating architectural design packaging and scope of work.
- Ensuring detailed design meets industry standards and government regulations.
- Coordinated Arch + MEP BIM Model production using Revit.
- Providing building material finishes specifications, evaluation and selection.
- Monitoring the work of architectural draftsman.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Making Coordination with MEP Team during detailed design production and construction stage.
- Coordination with Subcontractors and addressing the site quires/issues.
- Providing construction phasing plans in coordination with project manager and end user.
- Understanding the client’s requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the project.
- Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline.
- Undertaking regular site visits and making weekly quality check inspections.
- Understanding of drawing submissions to Municipality Department.
- Coordination and getting approvals from Municipality Department (Baladiya/Ammana)
- Production of As-built drawings and As-built BIM model.
- Reviewing and producing BOQ.
- Preparing 3D presentations including rendered Images.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration

- Highly Proficient in AutoCAD
- Highly Proficient in Revit including rendering software’s
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced Technical Knowledge & building material understanding
- Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and Communication Skills.
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge is plus
- Healthcare and interior design knowledge is plus
