تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة ممرض مسجل (Registered Nurse) في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قائمة على الأدلة العلمية للمرضى في بيئة سريرية.
- تقييم المشكلات الصحية للمرضى وتحديد احتياجاتهم، وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية التمريضية، والحفاظ على السجلات الطبية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الأطباء والممرضين وغيرهم من المتخصصين لضمان أفضل رعاية ونتائج للمرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التقييمات الأولية والمستمرة للحالة الصحية للمريض بما يشمل الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط الرعاية الفردية بناءً على تقييمات المرضى وبالتعاون مع الفريق الطبي.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات وفقاً لوصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- العناية بالجروح (تنظيف، تضميد، ومراقبة علامات العدوى).
- مساعدة الأطباء أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى (بما في ذلك تغيرات الأعراض أو السلوك) وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغيرات جوهرية.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الطبية وتقديم الرعاية الفورية.
- جولات توعوية هادفة للمرضى لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم ومنع المضاعفات وتحسين جودة الرعاية.
- الالتزام بمعايير صارمة لمكافحة العدوى (نظافة اليدين، استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية، التعامل الآمن مع المواد الخطرة).
- المشاركة في مراقبة العدوى والإبلاغ عنها للمساعدة في منع العدوى المكتسبة في المنشأة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة أغراض المرضى ومعداتهم وفق سياسات فقيه.
- اتباع البروتوكولات المعتمدة لحالات الطوارئ المختلفة (مثل كود الإنعاش وفريق الاستجابة السريعة) لضمان سلامة المرضى وفعالية الاستجابة.
- الابتكار في رعاية المرضى وتطبيق ممارسات قائمة على الأدلة لتحسين النتائج.
- الحفاظ على سجلات رعاية دقيقة ومفصلة تشمل الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
- التواصل الفعال مع المرضى والعائلات والفريق الطبي لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- التعاون مع الفريق الطبي لضمان استمرارية الرعاية وتكاملها.
- تقديم الدعم العاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم ومعالجة مخاوفهم خلال الأوقات العصيبة.
- الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم وضمان احترام حقوقهم.
- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمرين لمواكبة التطورات الطبية.
- احترام التنوع الثقافي ودمج قيم ومعتقدات المرضى في خطط الرعاية.
- الإشراف على عمل الكوادر المبتدئة وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم.
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات (أطباء، معالجين، أخصائيين اجتماعيين) لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
- تحديد ومعالجة التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في إيجاد الحلول وتحسين الممارسة.
- أية مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو الاطلاع عليها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني وحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التوعية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي المطلوب قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة. (أما الموظفون الحاصلون على أقل من سنة خبرة فيلتحقون ببرنامج الإقامة التمريضية - خريجو فقيه).
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من بلد المنشأ + رخصة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية المحلية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).
- شهادات BLS، ACLS، وغيرها من دورات دعم الحياة حسب المقتضى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات شخصية ممتازة وروح الخدمة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومهارات العمل الجماعي.
- مهارات الكمبيوتر (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، طباعة، وغيرها).
- مهارات إدارية (إعداد جداول الأعمال وكتابة محاضر الاجتماعات، مسح المستندات، وغيرها).

- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
