تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة كبير مسؤولي السلامة (Safety Senior Officer) في منطقة مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أنظمة 'تصريح العمل' في الموقع لضمان الامتثال لخطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والمعايير المعتمدة.
- إجراء محادثات السلامة اليومية والأسبوعية (Toolbox Talks).
- إجراء جولات تفتيش سلامة أسبوعية لتقييم تنفيذ خطة السلامة.
- وضع علامات على مواد البناء الخطرة وضمان تخزينها وفقاً لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة.
- إعداد تحليل مخاطر المهام (Hazard Analysis) وإبلاغ أعضاء الفريق المعنيين في الموقع به.
- التأكد من حصول جميع المركبات والمعدات على شهادة اللياقة المطلوبة من الجهة المختصة.
- التأكد من أن سائق/مشغل المركبة أو المعدة يحمل الترخيص أو التصريح أو التدريب اللازم لتشغيلها.
- إجراء تدقيق السلامة الدوري لتقييم الامتثال لخطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- إجراء تحليل للبيانات لمعرفة اتجاهات السلامة ووضع استراتيجيات لتجنب أي حادث.
- التحقيق في الحوادث الوشيكة والحوادث والإصابات وتسجيلها، وتقديم الدعم والخبرة لفرق السلامة المحلية في التحقيق وإعداد التقارير.
- ضمان إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة لجميع مناطق مشاريع البناء لتحديد مشكلات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للسلامة داخل إدارة السلامة.
- الخبرة في قيادة وتنفيذ تقييمات مخاطر السلامة وبرامج إدارة مخاطر السلامة.
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه في مجال الصحة والسلامة لمديري الأقسام والإدارات والمشاريع.
- التوصية وتنفيذ إجراءات التحكم وتقديم المشورة بشأن معايير معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المقدمة للموظفين.
- ضمان تدريب العاملين في المشروع بشكل كافٍ على إجراءات خطة الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- المشاركة ومساعدة المشرفين ورؤساء العمال ومستشاري السلامة في التحقيق في الحوادث لتحديد السبب الجذري والإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.
- ضمان متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية للحوادث واستكمالها.
- ضمان صيانة لوحات السلامة وتحديثها بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: سياسة الصحة والسلامة، نتائج التفتيش والتدقيق، تقييم مخاطر المشروع، موقع الإسعافات الأولية، إلخ.
- أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل، الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل انتهاء صلاحيته بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات القيادة والتواصل.
- مهارات حل المشكلات والتفاوض.
- مهارات تنظيمية وعرضية وشخصية ممتازة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج مثل MS Office.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مهندس سلامة، خاصة في بيئات الرعاية الصحية أو المستشفيات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- شهادة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) مع شهادة OSHA أو SASO.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety engineer role, especially within healthcare or hospital environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited University.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
SCE with OSHA or SASO
Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Monitor the site ‘permit-to-work’ systems to ensure compliance with Project HSE Plan and standards.
- Conduct daily & weekly safety toolbox talks.
- Conduct weekly safety walk through to assess implementation of safety plan.
- Marking of hazardous construction material & making sure their storage as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Preparing Hob Hazard Analysis & communicating it to related site team members.
- Making sure that all vehicles & equipment have required fitness certificate from concerned Authority.
- Making sure that vehicle & equipment driver/operator has related license or permit or required training to operate it.
- Perform periodic safety audit to evaluate compliance with HSE Plan.
- Perform data analysis to know safety trends & to make strategies to avoid any incident.
- Investigate / record near miss, incidents & accidents. Provide support and expertise to local safety teams in incident investigation and reporting.
- Ensure regular inspections of all areas of construction projects to identify HSE issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous safety improvement within the Safety Department.
- Experience in leading and carrying out Safety Risk Assessments and Safety Risk Management Programs.
- Provide health and safety leadership and direction to Division, Department and Project Manager.
- To recommend & implement control measures and advice on the standard of P.P.E. issued to employees.
- Ensure that project personnel are adequately trained in emergency response plan procedures.
- Participate and assist the supervisors, foreman and safety advisors in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
- Ensure safety boards with postings including but not limited to: Health and safety policy, inspection and audit results, project hazard assessment, location of first aid, etc. are maintained and current.
- Monitor the site ‘permit-to-work’ systems to ensure compliance with Project HSE Plan and standards.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration
