شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تبحث عن مهندس موقع (Site Engineer) للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية، للإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية للمرافق الصحية والمباني الأخرى، وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات ومعايير السلامة والجداول الزمنية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أعمال الإنشاءات في الموقع بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الهدم، الحفر، التسليح، أعمال القوالب، صب الخرسانة، أعمال الإصلاح، وغيرها.
  • التأكد من الالتزام بمواصفات البناء ومعايير السلامة من خلال مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتفقد موقع البناء، والتحقق من الحسابات والمواضع.
  • إدارة طاقم الموقع (رؤساء العمال، النجارين، العمال، إلخ).
  • قيادة فرق متعددة لمشاريع في الموقع في وقت واحد والعمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة المشاريع.
  • القدرة على التنقل بين المشاريع مع تقليل وقت الانتقال.
  • التعامل مع تصميم الخلطات الخرسانية واختبارات الخرسانة المعملية.
  • تحليل نتائج اختبارات مواد البناء مثل الخرسانة والخشب والإسفلت أو الصلب لاستخدامها في مشاريع محددة.
  • تنفيذ أو الإشراف على عمليات المسح لتحديد مواقع المباني، وتخطيط المواقع، ونقاط المرجع، والدرجات، والارتفاعات لتوجيه أعمال البناء.
  • إعداد وتقديم طلبات التصاريح للجهات الحكومية، والتحقق من امتثال المشاريع للوائح المختلفة.
  • حل النزاعات في الموقع عند ظهورها.
  • تقدير كميات وتكاليف المواد أو المعدات أو العمالة لتحديد جدوى المشروع.
  • الإشراف على نتائج اختبارات التربة وتحليلها لتحديد كفاية وقوة الأساسات.
  • تقديم المشورة الفنية بشأن التصميم أو الإنشاء أو تعديل البرامج والإصلاحات الهيكلية.
  • إعداد نطاق العمل الهندسي (SOW) وجداول الكميات (BOQ) وتأكيد المواصفات.
  • تصميم مشاريع البناء من خلال دراسة مفاهيم المشروع والرسومات المعمارية والنماذج.
  • تحديد تكاليف المشروع عن طريق حساب تكاليف العمالة والمواد والتكاليف ذات الصلة.
  • تقديم المعلومات الهندسية من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة والاستفسارات.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة، والحفاظ على السرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات وأمن المعلومات، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات، واستكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 3-5 سنوات في التنفيذ والإشراف على أعمال الموقع المدنية والإنشائية والتشطيبية، بما في ذلك التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً، ويفضل اللغة العربية.
  • شهادة SCE ويفضل PMP.

  • مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتنظيم والتواصل.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات والتفاوض.
  • صفات قيادية والعمل بروح الفريق.

Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee design and site execution activities for civil works supporting healthcare facilities and other building types, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Supervise construction works at site including but not limited to; demolition, excavation, reinforcement, formworks, concrete casting, repair works, etc.
  • Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.
  • Manage site crew (foremen, carpenters, labors, …).
  • Simultaneously lead multiple project site teams and work effectively in a multi-project environment.
  • Capable of shifting attention from project to another while minimizing the switch-over time.
  • Handle concrete Mix design & concrete lab tests.
  • Analyze the results of tests on building materials, such as concrete, wood, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects.
  • Perform or oversee surveying operations to establish building locations, site layouts, reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
  • Compile and submit permit applications to governmental agencies, verifying that projects comply with various regulations.
  • Resolve site conflicts when they arise.
  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
  • Oversee and analyze the results of soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations.
  • Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.
  • Preparing engineering SOW, BOQ, and confirming specifications.
  • Designs construction projects by studying project concepts, architectural drawings, and models.
  • Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
  • Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in site execution and supervision of civil, structural, and finishing works, including coordination with vendors/subcontractors and MEP teams.

Education

Bachler’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

SCE, PMP (Preferable).
