تفاصيل الوظيفة

مطلوب مشرف لدى فقيه للرعاية الصحية في مكة وجدة، السعودية، للإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والتشطيبية في مرافق الرعاية الصحية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية الخاصة بالفريق الداخلي والموردين الخارجيين.
  • المسؤولية عن توفير المواد اللازمة لإنجاز الأنشطة المدنية والإنشائية والتشطيبية.
  • المسؤولية عن تحسين الإنتاجية، ومراقبة التقدم، وضمان توفر المواد المطلوبة.
  • مساعدة المهندس المدني في إنجاز المهام المسندة.
  • إبراز المشكلات المتعلقة بالمواد والقوى العاملة للمهندس المدني.
  • تحديد وإزالة الاختناقات في العمل.
  • المراقبة الدقيقة للتقدم وجودة العمل مع الالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الهندسية.
  • التنسيق مع فريق ميكانيكا وكهرباء وسباكة (MEP) لتسهيل أعمالهم.
  • إعداد قائمة بنود الشراء المحلي.
  • المساهمة في تطبيق معايير السلامة.
  • المعرفة العملية بجميع الأعمال المدنية والتشطيبية.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر: أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهائه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نفس الدور.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • شهادة من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة.
  • مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات.
  • إتقان برامج مثل: MS Word و Excel.

Description

Job Purpose:

Capable of working within a broad range of duties, covering site activities related to execution of Structural, Civil & Finishing activities that serve Health care facilities in particular and other building types in general.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Supervise civil works execution related to internal team and external vendor.
  • Responsible for providing the required material to complete Structural, Civil and Finishing activities etc.
  • Responsible for improving productivity, close progress monitoring and making sure availability of required material, to complete Structural, Civil and Finishing activities etc.
  • Assist Civil Engineer in completion of assigned task.
  • Highlight issues related to material and manpower to Civil Engineer.
  • Identify and remove work bottleneck.
  • Close monitoring of progress, quality of work and working with required safety.
  • Able to read and understand drawing.
  • Able to coordinate with MEP team to facilitate their works.
  • Prepare local purchase items list.
  • Play role in implementation of safety standards.
  • Practical knowledge of all civil and finishes works.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Software like: MS Word, Excel.

Experience

3-5 years’ experience in the same role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

Saudi Council of Engineers Certificate
