Role Description The Project Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, responsible for supporting the planning and control of projects across REDA Hazard Control’s portfolio. This role includes developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project managers and engineering teams, and ensuring alignment of timelines with resource availability and project milestones. The Project Planning Engineer will assist in cost control activities, monitor project progress, analyze variances, and prepare regular status reports and forecasts. Daily tasks include reviewing project data, updating planning tools, participating in project meetings, and preparing mitigation plans. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement in project planning processes and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience 2 to 5 Years in Projects Planning
• Strong skills in Planning & Scheduling, with experience in developing and maintaining detailed project timelines.
• Able to prepare baseline, revised baseline, mitigation project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Project Control and Planning, including monitoring progress, managing milestones, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project planning software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera or equivalent).
• Knowledge of construction, industriall projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to work in Al Khobar and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
