شركة Publicis Sapient، الشريك الرائد في التحول الرقمي، تعلن عن وظيفة Associate Director Product Management - Senior Manager في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن قطاع الخدمات المالية. في هذا الدور، ستعمل كمستشار موثوق للعملاء لتحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية المنتج وتحويل تجربة العملاء وتحقيق نتائج الأعمال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم المشورة للعملاء وتحديد استراتيجية المنتج وتحويل تجربة العملاء ونتائج الأعمال.
  • التعاون مع العملاء في مشاريع التحول الرقمي لفهم احتياجات الأعمال والعملاء النهائيين.
  • إدارة دورة حياة المنتج من الفكرة إلى الإطلاق، بما في ذلك الجودة الهندسية والتشغيلية.
  • العمل مع فريق متعدد التخصصات لتطوير منتجات وخدمات تركز على العملاء.
  • تحديد الأولويات بين المتطلبات المتنافسة وكسب تأييد أصحاب المصلحة.
  • قيادة أو تسهيل ورش عمل تطبيق مبادئ التفكير التصميمي لتنمية عملية الابتكار.
  • حل مشكلات الأعمال المعقدة لتعظيم القيمة مع الموازنة بين القيود التقنية.
  • تطبيق منهجيات Agile وLean والتسليم المستمر لتعظيم تدفق القيمة ونشر الفهم عبر المؤسسة.
  • استخدام السرد القصصي للتأثير في القرارات دون سلطة رسمية.
  • تحليل المؤشرات المالية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتوقعات لاتخاذ قرارات حول تكرارات المنتج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المنتجات الرقمية والاستراتيجيات والتجارب والحلول المؤسسية من الفكرة إلى الإطلاق.
  • خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات على منتجات وخدمات تركز على العملاء.
  • معرفة وخبرة كبيرة في صناعة الخدمات المالية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تحديد الأولويات بين المتطلبات المتنافسة والحصول على تأييد أصحاب المصلحة.
  • فهم عميق لمبادئ التفكير التصميمي، مع خبرة في قيادة أو تسهيل ورش العمل لتنمية الابتكار.
  • قدرة على حل مشكلات الأعمال المعقدة وموازنة القيمة مع القيود التقنية.
  • إتقان منهجيات وتقنيات Agile وLean والتسليم المستمر، مع شغف بنشر هذا الفهم في المؤسسة.
  • سجل حافل بالعمل مع أصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى وفرق متنوعة كقائد خادم ووكيل للقيمة.
  • القدرة على استخدام السرد القصصي للتأثير في القرارات دون سلطة رسمية.
  • الإلمام بالمؤشرات المالية ومؤشرات الأداء والتوقعات، مع النجاح في استخدام هذه البيانات لاتخاذ قرارات المنتج.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات: Certified Scrum Product Owner أو Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.

Job Description

Associate Director Product Management

As Associate Director Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you will serve as our clients’ trusted advisors in defining, articulating and executing a product strategy that transforms customer experience and business outcomes. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business and end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast release and feedback cycles.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success managing digital products, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions/services from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality
  • Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services
  • Significant industry knowledge and expertise within Financial Services industry
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of design thinking principles, having led or facilitated workshops to cultivate the innovation process
  • Ability to solve complex business problems to maximize value while balancing technical constraints
  • Mastery in techniques and methodologies that maximize flow of value and are deeply rooted in Agile, Lean and continuous delivery principles with a passion to extend that understanding throughout the organization
  • Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value
  • Ability to use storytelling to influence decisions without formal authority
  • Comfortable with financials, KPIs, and forecasts with success leveraging such data to make decisions about product iterations
