About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our clients’ social media accounts.

This is not simply a posting and monitoring role. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, develop, manage, and continuously improve social media accounts, while bringing fresh ideas, creative direction, and strategic thinking to each client.

Responsibilities

- Manage clients’ social media accounts from A to Z.

- Develop social media strategies based on each client’s brand and objectives.

- Create monthly content calendars, including content ideas, concepts, and visual references.

- Write engaging and professional captions in Arabic and English.

- Prepare pitch decks, social media proposals, and presentations.

- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for clients.

- Review existing social media accounts and recommend ways to develop, upgrade, and optimize their presence.

- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices.

- Monitor account performance and use insights to continuously improve content and strategy.

- Coordinate with designers and other team members to ensure high-quality execution.

- Take responsibility for assigned accounts, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management.

- Previous agency experience is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, account management, optimization, and platform best practices.

- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

- Experience developing monthly content plans and providing creative/visual references.

- Experience creating professional pitch decks and presentations.

- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

- Professional, proactive, organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and take full ownership of projects.

- A portfolio demonstrating previous social media work is required.

Requirementse

Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid transferable Iqama.

Salary: SAR 6,500 per month
