Qualification

• Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in urban design, real estate, architecture, or community planning
• .Knowledge of climate-responsive, sustainable, or socially conscious design principles and their application in neighborhood or urban development
• .Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• .Ability to analyze markets and projects, including basic financial, feasibility, and risk assessments related to commission-based opportunities
• .Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Dammam, London, with the capacity to manage responsibilities both on-site and remotely
• .Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results, ethical conduct, and community impact
• .Bachelor’s degree in business, urban planning, architecture, real estate, or a related field is beneficial; relevant experience may substitute formal education
• .Prior experience in commission-based or equity-partner arrangements is an advantage
