Role Description The Food Server role at Fatima Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Food Server will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide recommendations aligned with guest preferences and dietary requirements. Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen, serving meals and drinks in a timely manner, and ensuring tables and service areas remain clean and organized. The Food Server will monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to requests or concerns, process payments, and follow all food safety and hygiene standards. This role requires working collaboratively with the wider service team to maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient dining experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional interaction.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and Food Service procedures, including basic hygiene and safety standards.
• Clear and courteous Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic Cooking awareness or familiarity with kitchen operations to coordinate orders and understand menu items.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
