لا تقتصر مهامنا على تسجيل وصول ومغادرة الضيوف بسلاسة، بل نسعى لبناء تجربة لا تُنسى وفريدة. يأخذ خبراء تجربة الضيوف زمام المبادرة لتقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات ترافق الضيوف طيلة إقامتهم، ويملكون الصلاحية للتحرك في المساحات المخصصة والقيام بما يلزم. سواء أكانت معالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية، أو تلبية طلبات الضيوف، أو إعداد التقارير، أو مشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية، فإن خبير تجربة الضيوف يجعل كل معاملة جزءاً من التجربة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الضيوف وتلبيتها بسرعة واحترافية.
- إعداد التقارير المطلوبة بدقة وحسب الإجراءات.
- تقديم معلومات عن أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية للضيوف.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة، واتباع سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
- ضمان السرية وحماية أصول الشركة والالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
- الظهور بمظهر مهني والتواصل بلباقة في جميع الأوقات.
- الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة أثناء أداء المهام.
- رفع وحمل ودفع وسحب ووضع أشياء يصل وزنها إلى 10 أرطال دون مساعدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- لا يشترط خبرة عمل سابقة.
- لا يشترط خبرة إشرافية سابقة.
- لا يشترط ترخيص مهني محدد.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام الدوام الكامل.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة والمظهر المهني.

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
