المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال العملاء وتقييم احتياجاتهم من الخدمة.
- التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء لشرح الخدمات والتكاليف والجداول الزمنية.
- التنسيق مع الفنيين لضمان إتمام الخدمات والإصلاحات في الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء وطلبات الخدمة.
- متابعة العملاء لضمان رضاهم ومعالجة أي استفسارات.
- تقديم توصيات لخدمات إضافية بناءً على احتياجات العميل وحالة المركبة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة مع تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.
- المساعدة في إدارة سير العمل بقسم الخدمة وجدولة المواعيد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم في ميكانيكا المركبات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
- قدرات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل).
- مؤهل للتسجيل في برنامج تمهير.

- Greeting customers and assessing their service requirements.
- Communicating effectively with customers to explain services, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Providing recommendations for additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
- Assisting in managing the service department's workflow and scheduling appointments.
