الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة ومهارات شخصية.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
- قدرات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مفضلة).
- مؤهل لبرنامج تمهير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق عمليات المبيعات وتقديم الدعم الإداري لفريق المبيعات.
- إدارة اتصالات العملاء، أوامر البيع، وتتبع الشحنات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعملاء وإعداد تقارير المبيعات والعروض التقديمية.
- مراقبة أداء المبيعات ودعم الحملات التسويقية من خلال تتبع الأداء.

- Coordinate sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage customer communications, sales orders, and shipment tracking.
