شركة Nahdi Medical Co. تعلن عن فرصة توظيف استشاري (دوام جزئي) في جميع التخصصات، للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وعلاج المرضى، وإجراء التقييمات السريرية، ووصف الأدوية، وتفسير الفحوصات التشخيصية، وتقديم نصائح الرعاية الصحية الوقائية.
- دعم الفريق الطبي من خلال التوجيه الخبير والاستشارات الثانية والتوصيات لتحسين رعاية المرضى وخدمات العيادة.
- تقييم وإدارة المرضى، وضع خطط العلاج، وصف الأدوية، ومراجعة التحقيقات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية والرعاية الصحية الوقائية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمرضى وضمان الامتثال للسياسات السريرية والتنظيمية والمؤسسية.
- تقديم التوجيه السريري الخبير والاستشارات الثانية والدعم للكوادر الطبية عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة في مبادرات تحسين الجودة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير وزارة الصحة والمركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية والمجلس المركزي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية.
- المساهمة في أنشطة التعليم الطبي المستمر ودعم التطوير المهني للكوادر المبتدئة.
- تعزيز التعاون الفعّال مع الزملاء والمرضى وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة إليه حسب الحاجة.
- المهام التخصصية: صلاحيات محددة بناءً على تدريبه وخبرته ومهاراته وفق توجيهات المجلس الصحي السعودي.
- أداء مهام إضافية حسب التخصص والصلاحيات السريرية.
- التوجيه والمشاركة المعرفية: تقديم استشارات ثانية للأخصائيين والأخصائيين الأولين عند الحاجة لضمان تبادل المعرفة والالتزام بالإرشادات وأفضل الممارسات.
- دعم المدير الطبي في عملية إدارة الأداء مع الأخصائيين والأخصائيين الأولين من خلال تقييم موضوعي لأدائهم وإمكاناتهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من جامعة معترف بها.
- زمالة / بورد في التخصص.
- خبرة سريرية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات بعد الزمالة / البورد في التخصص.
- رخصة سارية المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية كمستشار في التخصص ذي الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية (Office & Health Information Systems).
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description
Provide part-time medical consultations by diagnosing and treating patients, conducting clinical assessments, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and offering preventive healthcare advice. Support the medical team through expert guidance, second opinions, and recommendations to enhance patient care and clinic services
Accountabilities
Education:
Provide part-time medical consultations by diagnosing and treating patients, conducting clinical assessments, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and offering preventive healthcare advice. Support the medical team through expert guidance, second opinions, and recommendations to enhance patient care and clinic services
Accountabilities
- Assess and manage patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and review diagnostic investigations.
- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, medication use, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational policies.
- Provide expert clinical guidance, second opinions, and support to medical staff when required.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to MOH, CBAHI, and NCC standards.
- Contribute to continuing medical education activities and support the professional development of junior staff.
- Foster effective collaboration with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
- Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.
- Provide second opinions for Registrar and senior Registrar if needed to ensure sharing knowledge across the team as well as adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Support the Medical Director (if needed) in the performance management process with the specialist and senior specialists by providing objective evaluation for their performance and potential.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
- Fellowship/Board
- 3 - 5 years of clinical experience following Fellowship/Board in the specialty.
- SCFHS License
- Licensed as Consultant in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Office & Health Information Systems
- English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
