المهام والمسؤوليات
- الأداء: قيادة مراقبة الأداء وإعداد التقارير عبر جميع العيادات، بما في ذلك مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لرعاية المرضى، واستخدام المختبرات والخدمات الطبية الحيوية، وخدمات العافية، والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تطوير لوحات المعلومات والأدوات التحليلية لتتبع المقاييس الرائدة والمتأخرة، ودعم التنبؤ، وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ للقيادة.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتقييم أداء العيادات والعائد على الاستثمار وفرص التحسين، وضمان اتخاذ القرارات المستندة إلى البيانات.
- دعم وضع الأهداف ربع السنوية والسنوية للعيادات والأطباء، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المنظمة.

- إدارة المشاريع: إدارة دورة الحياة الكاملة للمشاريع الصحية التي تهدف إلى تحسين أداء العيادات أو تجربة المريض أو العمليات التشغيلية.
- تطوير مواثيق المشاريع والخطط وتقييمات المخاطر، وضمان التنفيذ والمراقبة والإغلاق وفقاً للأهداف والجداول الزمنية المحددة.
- تنسيق الفرق متعددة الوظائف، وتعيين المسؤوليات، وضمان تحقيق المشاريع لتوقعات الجودة والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- توثيق الدروس المستفادة وإعداد تقارير العائد على الاستثمار والأداء لإبلاغ المبادرات المستقبلية.
- الاتصال الداخلي: إدارة قنوات الاتصال داخل القسم، بما في ذلك مجموعات البريد الإلكتروني والإقرارات والتحديثات المتعلقة بالأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الرعاية الصحية (BSc in Healthcare).
- دراسات متقدمة أو دبلومات في تكنولوجيا المعلومات (Advanced studies or diplomas in Information Technology).
- دراسات متقدمة أو دبلومات في إدارة البيانات (Advanced studies or diplomas in Data Management).
- خبرة سنتين في إدارة البيانات.

- Lead performance monitoring and reporting across all clinics, including KPIs for patient care, lab and biomedical utilization, wellness services, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to track lead and lag measures, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinic performance, ROI, and improvement opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Support quarterly and annual target-setting for clinics and physicians, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance to identify areas of inefficiency or potential loss, including resource utilization and budget adherence.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives, supporting leadership in prioritizing investments that maximize value.
- Oversee outsource payments and utilization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational budgets.
- Advise leadership on mitigation strategies to minimize financial and operational risks.
